Thank you to all the amazing team at Infinity for helping to make our holiday such a fantastic time. Special mentions to Kaelyn on reception, Mary in the restaurant and Kemar on the bar (hope I spelt those right!) Sitting right on the beach the view for our breakfast in the restaurant was a great start to the day. Our view from our balcony (room 316) was perfect and the sound of the waves I am really missing! As other reviews mention the hotel is looking a bit tired but super clean everywhere and the friendly welcome from all staff made you not notice it! The housekeepers did a fantastic job everyday in our room. There was some painting happening to freshen the exterior up which is always good to see. Perfect position for the day and evening being at the bottom of the gap. Customer services were brilliant organising some trips and car hire for us. Absolutely brilliant hotel. Right on the beach as it says. Really friendly staff, always smiling and nothing too much trouble. A fairly small hotel so everyone gets to know the guests. Happy people from Anika on front desk to Mary in the restaurant. Rooms are clean and maintained to a high =standard by the chamber maids. Good food served in the restaurant, only the service is a little slow. Mentioned this to Renee the manager and all good. Better to say in resort than on here later, when nothing can be done. Great location amongst a lot of restaurants with all price ranges. Will definitely go again.

Had a wonderful 18 nights here! Been to Barbados quite a few times, so we wanted to be on the Gap where all the restaurants etc are. Room was overlooking the children’s pool and the sea and was a really nice view also pretty quiet apart from a small issue with maintenance work which was sorted immediately that I spoke about it, so that was excellent service. Our room was quite large, the bed was very comfortable, loads storage space and a brilliant shower in the bathroom. A little dated, but fine as we don’t spend much time there. Cleaning was excellent and the staff all very friendly and helpful. Bar is very quiet at night and often almost closed and packed up when we got back for a last drink which is a shame. The restaurant overlooks the sea and the beach and I feel should be promoted more to outsiders other than just residents as it has a lot to offer. The hotel is a short distance from many great restaurants and bars so not far to walk to anything really. Would definitely stay here again, the only gripe I have is the late check out option, you have to checkout by 12 normally, but can ask for late checkout which is free till 2pm and charged after that. Weirdly, you can only ask about it from 8.30am of the morning you leave ( does the hotel really have no idea how many check ins there will be until the same day?) I had to get up at 8am, go and ask at the desk, was told I could only have it till 1pm, so we duly checkout out at 1 pm, even though we weren’t leaving till much later. However, I noticed that our room wasn’t even touched till 3.30 that day, so we could have stayed later. This seems very bad organisation to me and is my only complaint, otherwise I recommend it highly.…

Thank you for this really great review. We are so pleased that you enjoyed our location and service. Our late check outs are subject to the ability of our housekeeping team to ensure that the room is ready for the next arriving guest and that is why we only confirm them on the day of departure. If there are last minute bookings then sometimes it is not possible or if all departing rooms are coming back in. We regret that we gave you any reason to complain however, we do offer late checkouts as a courtesy to our guests and if they are not available can usually provide hospitality facilities so that they store their luggage, enjoy their time on the beach and return to get a shower and prepared for departure. We hope that you will return to stay with us and really appreciate your recommendation.

We were very impressed with the staff, the location and really how friendly and accommodating everyone was! The beach was pretty decent considering the sargassum, but mostly swimmable- will definitely go back- recommend some cushions on the ocean front room chairs. Could hear the ocean all night- very relaxing!!

We arrived on the Tuesday, check in was smooth, straight to the managers cocktail party, all the staff are fantastic, spacious clean rooms, comfy bed, great view, all staff really friendly, happy to accommodate any requests, it was my wife’s birthday while we are here, I made the hotel aware, they decorated our room and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. (Thank you) I am writing this review whilst sitting on my balcony with a coffee, the location is perfect, everything you need is within short walking distance, we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We are so happy with the hotel and location we are going to speak to Renee the hotel manager today about booking a room so we can come back in October. We have 1 more week left and won’t want to go home. Ignore any negative reviews they must have been written by people who are generally miserable.…

I am about to fly back to UK after visiting Barbados to celebrate my 40th birthday with my partner, family and friends. We’ve stayed at Infinity on the Beach for two weeks. Room: we stayed in a pool view supreme room, which had a large double bed in the large living area plus an additional bedroom with double bed. The room is basic compared to other countries I have stayed in however it was clean and the maid made up the room each day :) The room had a microwave, kettle and fridge. Also a decent hairdryer. My partner and I used the gym most days which again was basic and small but it done the job for what we needed. The beach is beautiful but not much going on. I’d advise to get out and about to visit others during your stay. We lived Carlisle beach but this was much busier than Dover beach. I must give praise to all staff including reception (especially Rhiann, who kindly decorated my room on my birthday with decorations and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us) ❤️ Also, the bar and restaurant staff and even the security, who were all welcoming and friendly. Stayed in here when it was escape at the gap and married here too 12 years ago !!! First time staying in this hotel since ! Obviously lots of changes to the foyer and bar/breakfast area which all look fresh and clean . Friendly staff and always take time with you if anything and just generally nice people . Couldn’t have a beach room as none available and stayed across the road which was a very short work! Out room was large and a spacious good working shower ! Alittle dated but clean and comfy bed ! The only thing that was uncomfortable was the pillows as small and lumpy ! That aside had fridge microwave and kettle with tea and coffee sachets available so that was nice !Paid for breakfast which very tasty and about 6?? Choices . The English breakfast was very nice and the pancakes which would’ve been even nicer with some plantain added ! On sundays a buffet so had all the lovely bajan extras ! To be honest I really enjoyed breakfast t sat with a lovely view of the beach and staff were lovely one name I can remember is Mary ! All the other staff were lovely but I can’t remember names generally so..! Will book up again and ignore pork chop Ken on the reviews nice man but I would’ve sent it back ! Not eaten it and then moaned on here on here! Sorry Ken ! You legend ! All in all nice place good value for money in an ideal spot ! So Thankyou for looking after us ! …

I wouldn’t recommended staying here as I didn’t feel safe as a solo traveler. I stayed in the “land side” building. I usually don’t have issues in Barbados as I’m always there. Money was taken from my suitcase, and after reporting it I seemed to be blamed for not putting my belongings in the hotels safe. My interaction with the staff seemed too lax and passive. I was even asked if I wanted to leave and stay elsewhere instead of accountability or compensation. There was no security or cameras on premises. I had a short trip and didn’t want this to ruin it but I have learned my lesson!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your stay. We were deeply concerned about your report of money missing. You stayed with us for five nights in March 2023. I personally dealt with you. You indicated that someone had entered your room and taken a sum of money, replacing the other monies and that there was no sign of tampering. We suggested that you place the money in the room safe and you refused to do so, despite also repeatedly stating that you did not feel safe in the hotel. It was at this point that we offered if you wished to move to another property given your stated concerns. You remined adamant that despite your feelings of insecurity you would not place items in the safe identified and that you did not wish to leave. It did appear that you wished to have compensation. In the end I asked our head housekeeper to accompany you to the room and to demonstrate the use of the safe. We do have cameras in place however they are not in the rooms. We are sorry that you did not have a great stay and wish you well in your future travels.

We recently returned from 10 days at this hotel. Our first impression was that the area was quite noisy at night, however we found that the noise really didn’t bother us and we slept well. Our room was a one bedroom land side room overlooking the lovely pool. The room was large, clean & comfortable and on arrival we found it decorated with balloons and a bottle of wine waiting for us as I was celebrating a special birthday during our stay. I thought that was a lovely touch. We found the staff at reception, in the restaurant and at the bar to be very friendly, polite & helpful. The lovely housekeeping staff kept our room spotless. Breakfast was good, particularly the healthy start option and the Sunday buffet. We enjoyed the rum punch during happy hour. The beach is beautiful although the sea was a little rough. We requested a late check out but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so our room was not available. However we were able to use the spa room to shower & change for our evening flight home and this was perfectly adequate. All in all we had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend Infinity on the Beach, a perfect location. There are some nice restaurants on the Gap although they are a little pricey. We particularly liked Harlequin, Crave and Primo. Pronto (in the opposite direction) is also good for a less expensive meal.…

We enjoyed this cute little hotel. It however seemed to be more of a middle-older age crowd and we had two kids ages 8 & 11 who grew bored after a few days. Great pools and the beach is just phenomenal. The family room we had was comfortable and spacious BUT beware the Karaoke is so loud. We had a hard time sleeping with the noise.
