We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is great as it's walking distance to the town centre as well as 5 minutes from the train station. It's set in its own beautiful grounds next to the river. The room is very spacious and the ensuite was large and well equipped. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river and the hotel gardens. We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. We definitely would like to return here.

Arrived to be told there was no room in the restaurant after phoned a few days prior very basic room wasn’t very happy after a very long journey but was directed to a restaurant called Stall in the town which was dreadful tables in what looked like a asphalt tiny car park with a horrid what looked like a tent food basilica and expensive

We're sorry you weren't able to try our restaurant. Regarding our rooms, the classic rooms are 20m2, so I recommend that you choose a higher category for your next stay. A very nive hotel with nice rooms and a spa. Very good breakfast with a good selection. The only thing that was not very pleasant was the smell of chlorine on level 1. Beside that everything has been very good.

Your rooms were big and modern. The dinner was excellent, especially "the Chateaubriand" as well as the "Kougelhof glacé", delicious. The breakfast was various, fruits, bread, apple juice, marmelade, munster, cheese and ham. The swimming pool was opened until 23.00 pm. GREAT, and the weather was good, especially for my grand child 15 months.

We went to the hotel restaurant today shortly after 7 PM. The dinner room was empty. When asking for a table for dinner, the servant Florent said that the restaurant was fully booked and the kitchen as well. So he advised us to have dinner elsewhere. We had to go out to find a place to have dinner. Upon our return to the hotel at 8.30 PM we looked into the dining room once again to find the majority of tables empty/unused. We told the servant ironically that it was really busy. He replied he never said the restaurant was full and neither the kitchen. Apparently, the servant did not want to work to hard this evening. We do not know how many people he sent elsewhere, but if that is his regular habit, then the hotel/restaurant is missing a lot of income due to this lazy employee. Molsheim, 30th of December 2021.…

Dear Customer, We have taken note of your comment very carefully. Indeed we had to refuse customers this evening, because not having the capacity to accommodate more, for lack of personnel. It was a management decision in order to provide a good service for customers who had booked and we are really sad to have to do that. As you know, we are experiencing a major health crisis which is leading to absences for illness or isolation due to Covid-19. (4 employees sick that day). We are fortunate to have restaurants nearby in order to satisfy customers who have not booked with us. We hope you understand the situation better. Best regards.

We stay in Diana Hotel last week end . The furniture of the room 121 was very old, over the shower plaster was crushing down....when we had breakfast scrambled eggs was already finished at 8 o clock we ask to refill it but they said they were finished.....

Everything was ok, friendly staff and very welcoming. Didn't use any facilities because travelling on business so no time to relax etc. Breakfast was adequate and just a little disappointing in terms of selection of food, lack of fresh fruit and juices, but plentiful. Rooms very spacious and clean. Being within walking distance of the train station is a bonus.

We were only at the Diana Hôtel Restaurant & Spa for 1 night, but it ticked so many boxes for us. It was only around an eight to ten minute walk into the heart of Molsheim, which made it ideal to discover the historic old town. The staff at check in were really friendly and helpful, there was plenty of free parking on site and in a peaceful location. The bedroom had aircon and was clean and bright and the WIFI was pretty good. A buffet breakfast was included in our booking rate and had a fairly wide range of food.

We spent 1 weekend in this hotel and it was very pleasant. The dinner at their restaurant was very tasty, the personnel is extremely helpful and nice. Very clean, very comfortable, good big beds and very big TVs. I took a massage at their spa and it was very relaxing. I really would have liked to stay more and enjoy the hotel and its spa more. The spa is free, except for the massages. The only thing i would recommend them to improve is the breakfast, in terms of diversity and speed in replacing the empty platters.
