We were very lucky here. In a quiet side street in the residential area. Our evening stroll along the waterfront, and our pleasant morning walk along the shoreline in to the town centre made an impression on us. This skyline is gorgeous. Merely 20 minutes walking distance from the railway station, the Pensione is a quiet and immaculate residence. Their...

We thought this was great at first, just down the road from the beach, staff were fairly friendly and one of them spoke English so we were fine there. The room was nice and comfy, and had a balcony. Unfortunately, there was a sewage smell from the bathroom. We had to air the room as much as possible, and going...

Great place and good location, rooms are well appointed but no air conditioning which wasn't to much of a problem as the ceiling fan kept you cool. Beach is only a couple hundred metres away and you also have an array of restaurants on the foreshore to choose from. The family run Pensione makes you feel that you are part...

Words, in any language cannot express my gratitude to this wonderful family who all participate in making your visit a relaxing and magical one. Don't worry you will have solitude, peace and quiet when you want it, go to your room and you are in a sanctuary. But come downstairs and feel like you are one of the family. I...

I had an extra day in my itinerary and decided to visit Castiglioncello, for a night. I wanted a place near the beach, but was not looking to spend a lot. Pensione Signorini was perfect! It was within a block of the Mediterranean and I could see and hear the sea from my window as from well as the nearby...

Virginia treats you like family. The pensione is located in the beautiful seaside town of Castiglioncello and just a short walk from the beach. The train station in town makes it easy to get there or make day trips from there. Bring a second stomach because they will feed you great food that you won't want to stop eating.

I consistently return to this little gem. It has been getting better every time. This year I brought my boyfriend in August so that he could experience all that I love about the area and the pensione. Our stay was very relaxing and just what we needed after a hectic tour through Italy. There were some new changes this year,...

We spent 10 days at Virginia's B&B it was a lovely stay. She treated us as a family. We had a room upstairs and the WiFi was weak, dropping off often so we had to go downstairs for a stronger signal. We enjoyed grandma's homemade pastry every morning for breakfast. We would appreciate if there was a small fridge for...

Pensione Signorini was recommended by Italian family members because it was close to a house they had rented for July. I was totally pleased with this little treasure of a hotel once I arrived and began my week's stay. As others have said, Virginia and her family immediately make you feel like one of their own. Virginia's English is excellent...

A wonderful place nearly hidden away on the Tuscan shore. The pensione is only a stones throw from the beach and in the midst of a very fascinating area of Italy. I traveled with friends and found the place more by accident. The family who runs the hotel was wonderful and the food was amazing! This was my first time...

“The only suggestion is to be mindful of the room location....my room was on the ground floor and with the windows open in summer, it was noisy late at night and early morning because of the set up of the dining room for breakfast.”
