We have stayed at the Thalia a couple if times this year. Luckily at the beginning of the season and near the end. This family run hotel is very friendly and clean, is in the process of gradual updating and is a soft 'all inclusive'. There is plenty of food on offer for those on a tight budget and need to eat 3 times a day (it was too much for my crew) but plenty if choices and vegetarian options etc and local wine, beer and soft drinks on tap. Beds are comfortable. Some bathrooms are small for the larger person but the family are happy to address this if you come again. They work hard every day to give you the best service and friendly atmosphere. Covid has certainly caused problems with room occupancy for them, so this year was important for us to make a dent in their losses. To save throwing food away I would have thought a breakfast card, stating if people are intending to stay for lunch or dinner and cater for a percentage of a sitting could be useful. The pools are perfect. We had a happy and enjoyable 14 days in July and 11 days in Sept/Oct and thank you for that. Much love to Nikos and all the family and those that work so hard to give us an excellent break.

My husband and I went on a honeymoon trip and chose this wonderful hotel. Throughout the entire vacation (10 days), we were most pleased with the services and facilities. the staff were always friendly and professional. the hotel has 3 swimming pools, 2 in the front and 1 in the back. the food was delicious and varied! the beach is about 5 minutes from the hotel, as well as shops and bars :)

Lets get the good out of the way first, all staff and owner found to be very polite and helpful, no problem there.now the bad bits.. totally agree with amy h and rose E reviews, food awful, not labeled wot you were eating, not covered and if you didnt get there bang on time flies beat you to it, we too had to buy bleach for toilet before using as was brown stains, must be worst hotel room ever stayed in, cant understand the good reviews.cant belive we stuck it out for a week before moving to another hotel which was the comlete opposite at half the price.
