I stayed in Room 261, taking advantage of the "full-board & lodging" package (very recommendable). The central location in the Dachstein-Salzkammergut area is a great take-off point for reaching (by car or public transpo) the numerous hiking and nature trails in the region. Strict adherence to Covid19 regulations. WiFi everywhere. There's plenty of lounging space in- and outdoors on the front- and back-terraces; the spacious rooms are adequately and tastefully furnished. Spa facilities in the basement. Everything is kept clean and orderly. Cook and staff prepare excellent breakfast and dinner buffets that take account of guests' varied nutritional needs. Noon snack and afternoon cake-and-coffee are a delight! Best of all: everyone is cheerful, friendly, ready to serve and make sure you enjoy your stay. If you need anything, just say so: they'll make it right!

Travelled to Gosau, Austria from the United States. This being my first time in Austria, I was pleasantly pleased with the all-inclusive accommodations. The on-site restaurant was very convenient with excellent cuisine for every meal. The room was comfortable with a great view from the balcony. This hotel is also very kid friendly with a large play room specifically for those traveling with children. There is also an on sight bar, an indoor swimming pool which was great, sauna, weight room and to many more accommodations than I can list. If you’re American and looking for a place to stay in Gosau, this is the place to stay. It is also a 10 minute bus ride to Dachstein West Ski area and the buses run regularly and pick you up in front of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Nice and friendly. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the menu looked pretty good. We arrived in peak of the ski season so the things that mattered to us was a warm room that dried our clothes, the rooms were so warm and we were really happy! One thing that could make a ski holiday easier is the wifi - only in the lobby. Literally out the back door of the hotel was the start to some fantastic cross country skiing tracks, these are great!!

The hotel was ok, the food was good. The wellness was horrible, overcrowded, lots of running and screaming kids everywhere. Also, the wifi is only in the lobby and is not working properly. We would highly recommend to obtain a whirlpool. There was no proper shampoo and soup in the bathroom. In my opinion, the hotel did not correspond to its price but there is definitely a place for improvement.
