Top week-end, i have been there dithyrambique my husband. We went to the spa and had massages, it was perfect. The personel is very nice and competent. The place is beautiful and we enjoyed a lot. We will come backdoor for sure

The castle location is lovely, next to the ile river. The reception was very friendly, both our children got a welcome gift and snack. Bathrobes were also provided for the children. The bathrobes are provided in a plastic carrier which is very handy to bring your belongins to the pool/wellness area. Be aware that the pool area is a silent area (since the massages are just around the corner and the whirlpool not for children under 12 years and only up to 5 pm. Breakfast is lovely and highly recommanded. The room was with a royal, classic Flair and spacious enough with 2 children. Same for the bathroom with shower and bathtube and toiletroom.

There are two nights in the hotel. The hotel is defined as 5 stars but it is not!!!! 5 star hotel. We feel cheated! Maybe a 3 star hotel. The level of service of the staff is low, they did not help with the things we asked for. The cleanliness and the level of maintenance are extremely low! The amount of payment per night is higher than what the hotel has to offer. The spa is not a spa but a small children's pool. Place is not inviting. There is no hot water and there was no water flow at all. Simple and not clean towels. Very basic breakfast. Don't be impressed by the beauty of the place in the pictures. It's just an appearance!! We will not go back there

I've booked our hotel stay by using a booking platform which had not the same offers than the hotel itself. By paying the difference in addition, we got an equal service. Reception, waiters and staff in general very polite an solution oriented, Spa indeed very small but Ok and accomodation in general as mentioned. Would recommand for a short trip. Restaurant was of good qualtity and tasty in a cosy athmosphere.

A classic clean hotel very nicely situated. Friendly staff. However the facilities are not up to standard of today and do not match the price setting. The spa is very limited, hot tub empty. All and all below our expectations. Not worth a d-tour

Location of the hotel was really good and it is really nice located with view of the river and park. Price is also quite good especially since it is rated 5 star. Staff was very helpful and rooms nicely decorated. However we had higher expectation of the restaurant that I would really only rate average. Too bad as it is really nice located in front of the river.

Have now stayed at this hotel three times and looking forward to returning! The location is very quiet yet only 20 minutes to center of Strasbourg, the rooms absolutely charming, great swimming (inside pool & jacuzzi) with lounge chairs both inside and outside. Old world charm & true relaxation. Can truly be recommended for singles, couples and families with children. The Winstub restaurant has a nice very nice terrace and great children's menu. The only downside is that the service can be quite slow and the level of cooking could be improved.

We stayed here hoping to go to the Strasbourg Christmas market. The hotel is not near the market. The rooms are just typical nothing really great about them for staying in a “castle.” We didn’t have a reservation for the restaurant so they turned us away. We found a fantastic restaurant in town so we were overjoyed about that experience. We visited the spa area with pool, that was nice. We enjoyed the Christmas decorations around the castle.

Great location, reasonable prices and very friendly staff. This has been an amazing stop-over on our way back from Italy. Restaurant was also good quality/price level. Great that they had a Tesla charger. No complaints at all.
