We stayed here during a hiking trip in September. We liked the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Sitting outside with a book was nice. Washing laundry was cheap and no problem. Breakfast was simple but with home made goodies. A small library of English books about Armenia would have been nice and we would have liked to taste the owners wine other than that this was nice. This place is very close to the main road with heavy lorries going all night but we did not hear much noise overnight.
Excellent place to stay: good rooms, a lovely veranda, good breakfast but most of all: the two brothers who not only speak excellent english but also are the most caring hosts we met on our whole trip :). Thank you guys! Good luck with the exciting ideas for the future: dinners and herbal tea’s....go for it!! PS And when you are staying here: the lady around the corner serves a good dinner in her Wine Garden with great smiles! (especially compared to the restaurant down the road)
Khachik B&B is clean, comfortable and peaceful. It made a perfect base for exploring Southern Armenia. Our host spoke perfect English and was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I will certainly be staying again!
Located in a traditional old house, this B&B is ten minutes by foot to the centre. The rooms are spacious, clean, good bathroom , wardrope and breakfast included. The owner is helpful and nice. He will inform about the area. Good place.
Khachik and his wife are lovely people. They were incredibly hospitable and helpful. Their B&B is immaculate, warm, cozy and Khachik himself built a replica of the caves which are just a short walk from the B&B. Breakfast was great, there is wifi in the rooms and even a tonir (traditional Armenian oven) built into the floor of the room we stayed in. I simply cannot wait to return here.
