Nice break spotlessly clean rooms plenty of tea coffee milk! Breakfast really good. No-one there when we arrived but note left on door with phone number and we were given number for entry door and card left in room with number for bedroom door so was soon sorted. Close to sea front good position.

We were down in Burnham on sea for a reunion weekend. The house is spotless and comfortable. Can't vouch for the breakfast, we were up too late to indulge but I'm sure it's great like every other thing Alistair and Roz do here. The location is excellent for both beach and restraints, bars etc.

We stayed for two nights and were made so welcome by Alistair. The bedroom was extremely clean and bright and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed our breakfasts and the service was so efficient. We will certainly stay again if we are in the area again. Satisfied guests - Hinda & Peter Manchester

Stayed in Magnolia House in Burnham in April for four nights, there were five of us so we chose the option as 'room only' whereby we could have breakfast as & when we wanted in a really good little cafe' just around the corner at very reasonable rates. It meant we didn't have to get up early and the cafe...

This was our first stay at the Magnolia House B & B and it certainly surpassed our expectations. Probably the best guest house we’ve stayed in for a very long time. Our room was spotlessly clean and modern. Alistair the owner was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was our Wedding Anniversary too and he even gave...
