I stayed here for 3 days and was pleasantly surprised with hotel - very basic but everything you need for a few days. Short walk to the beach and restaurants, clean rooms and very helpful staff - especially the girl at check in Cindy ( I think that was het name ) - she was incredibly helpful and friendly - big plus for that hotel !! The only problem was the wifi mostly not working in the room but in reception area very well. Would recommend stay here

Stayed here for 1 night in August. Great swimming pool, staff and very clean room. The guest service staff are attentive and friendly. We utilised the hotel taxi booking service which was efficient. Rules are posted all over the common areas which is a funny distraction to your holiday!

My friend and I both in our mid 20's stayed here for a week in August. After reading some of the reviews we were a little worried about what we were going to be staying in. However we had a room on the 2nd floor and It was spacious and clean. Yes the balcony could have been bigger and the room need more light - terrible for doing your makeup! but thats me just being fussy. The pool is small and so is the surrounding area, we found ourself using the sister hotels pool more its not on the main road and the suns there all day unlike saint Constantin's which the sun disappears from at like 3.30pm. The beach is also in walking distance so not really a problem. This hotel is within walking distance to the harbour, old town and bar street so great location. The food at the pool bar is terrible and the service is awful, very rarely do I say this as you get what you pay for - Not here! My friend and I had a quiet last night dinner and shopping - she started feeling unwell so headed back to the hotel, they refused to give her another key to let her in the room, they eventually let her in the room but left her with D&V in the dark. You have to pay for more than one key supposedly. We laughed this off and still were giving the hotel a good rating! On the last day we weren't leaving till 9pm, sadly couldn't keep the room but understandable - asked about shower room the previous night and got told yes no problem. on day of departure we were refused towels to dry with were told to use our beach ones by the young girl on reception who was laughing and when told we didn't have them asked "who goes away without towels" So just a little tip if you can't keep your room on - Take your towels from your room to shower with. Other than the poor service the actual hotel is lovely and in a great location. its clean and acceptable for what you pay!

I stayed here in August for a week with my girlfriends The location of the hotel is perfect a short walk from bars nice restaurants etc The room is very basic, but for the price it is what I expected. There was three of us and only one room key was issued and they advised they could not issue anymore, which is frustrating if you need to leave your phone on charge while you go out etc as you need a key to activate the electricity The pool area isn’t great, the entire pool area is in shade by 4pm and to make matters worse one staff member at the pool bar was the definition of rude and obnoxious, she would take your order grab the money from your hand, tell you to sit down and then scream at you across the pool to come collect your order then scream at you again to bring your plates and glasses back, ( which we did anyway ) and then mock the way you spoke to her colleagues It’s a shame as the hotel has such potential but the way we were spoken to and screamed at to collect our drinks/food from the bar made us not want to spend time there and spend money. For three sandwiches we waited almost 45 - 50 minutes If your looking for a hotel simply based on location this is ideal for you

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The accommodation is cramped and sub-standard. Most of the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful (with a few notable exceptions). Our beds were narrow and uncomfortable, the bathroom was tiny and flooded every time we took a shower. There were holes in the doors as if they had been punched and the patio door didn’t lock. The rusty fridge froze everything and the TV didn’t work at all. Definitely won’t be going back!!! Tui Travel should stop using this hotel if they value their reputation in Kos.
