Typical city hotel with rather small rooms, opening 2 check-in suitcases at the same time was very tricky. Other than that the stuff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was good. The hotel is located nicely so it is easy to walk to the city center.

We booked a standard room with a sea view. The room was very nice, comfortable beds, aircon, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. Great location, close to all of the restaurants etc but far enough away from the noise. Our only complaint is the breakfast. All of the hot food is batch cooked by 7:15 am and is not kept warm. Even by 7:30 am we found the bacon and eggs etc were cold so we stuck to the continental buffet of cold meats and cheeses for the rest of the week. One last comment on the young lady at reception on Sunday afternoon 3rd July, we found her to be a little rude and felt that we were an inconvenience to her asking for information. For example we asked about the best way to get to the waterpark, her answer 'google it!' She gives the impression that she doesn't like tourists. All other staff were helpful and pleasant.

This hotel is on a super location of Kos, walking distance (5 min) to the old town, 10 meter from the sea, we had a room with sea view which made the whole ambience of our holiday perfect. This hotel settles itself as a 3 star hotel, price ratio they are more or less one of the cheapest in the city, but the experience of the staff, modern new renovated rooms and cleanliness the quality far exceeds the expectation. Positive: +nice clean rooms +good reception service +good location Negative: -poor breakfast

The hotel is on a nice location, near the sea (50m), 10min walk to the city center, with good restaurants nearby and other facilities (pharmacy, rent a car shop, markets,...). Renovated, open space dinning room, lovely decorated rooms with safe and a small fridge, air condition and a really cute bathroom with glass. Staff is friendly and really helpful (thank you for saving my phone with rice), they really look after hygiene. Oh, and a nice small pool also is waiting for you in the lobby.

Thoroughly enjoyed a 5 night stay at Triton Hotel during September. The hotel is immaculate and well presented with a nice little swimming pool and restaurant on ground floor. Rooms were very comfortable and very well presented. Nice side sea view room (209). Breakfast very good with wide choice of food. Restaurant area provides open plan dining and nice to sit in for breakfast. We didn’t eat in the hotel although as a resident you get 10% discount. The restaurant offers Italian food. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Special thanks and mention to Kaity. Making a reservation for next year as enjoyed our stay so much.

We reserved a room for one day and we were left totally satisfied. The room was comfortable, spacey and had everything we needed. People at the reception greeted us with smiles and were very helpful whenever we needed something. Last but not least they allowed us to bring our puppy with us, something that not all hotels do. Will definitely revisit.

This review is based on the hotel being a 3 * hotel . Which is why I have given full score because for the rating of hotel it is very good . In terms of best features I’d say , location. Then bed comfort and good bathroom. Closely followed by lovely helpful staff . It’s clean and bright and modern. The negatives would be the bedroom we had was 313 and across the hall from the cleaners room. Each day around 8.30 am the cleaners would be sat in there chatting , and it was quite loud . Enough to wake us up two mornings . Most mornings we were just woken anyway , but that’s not the point . The chatting shouldn’t be loud enough to disturb , but it really was. And it’s a treat to have a lie in and wake naturally, so the staff need to be aware to either close the door of the room or please talk more quietly . The breakfast. Quite limited compared to a 4 or 5* but as mentioned this is a 3* The food that was available was of a good quality but just limited in choice . There were no nuts or seeds or dried fruit available to add to cereals . Just one type of Greek yoghurt . Cheese was quite limited to a couple of choices and fresh fruit was melon most days and bananas if available . Peaches were tinned . No toaster . The room safe didn’t work either but we were given a key for it instead of batteries so that was fine. The hotel felt relaxed but gel on tables etc and staff serving breakfasts allowed it to feel safe enough . The pool area is very small but looked nice and relaxing and as others have mentioned mostly in shade . The price was excellent and it’s great value for money . Not luxurious but nevertheless a good hotel and great location a few minutes walk to the harbour .
