All rooms have sea view and balcony. The rooms are very modern, clean, comfortable. Breakfast lovers will love this hotel. There is a rich buffet breakfast. In the evening, you can enjoy the sea view restaurant. Friendly staff got full marks from us.

It was my 1st time on Kos in Winter to celebrate Xmas 2022. The island was very quiet but still charming and interesting to see. The best way to discover Kos at any time of the year is by car without no doubts. The Kos Aktis Art Hotel is located about 30 minutes traveling time from the Kos Airport by car. The hotel has stunning location right on the sea and just few minutes walking distance from the Kos Old Town where you can find plenty of differents shops, cafes and restaurants. In winter of course almost everyhing is closed. Every room in Kos Aktis Art Hotel has a direct sea view which you really love it! My room was nice and good bed for sleep but the room needs some refresment and I think also some other areas in the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and speaking good english. I was here in December and I booked Halfboard and in my opinion there is some room for improvement for 4* Hotel. The breakfast choice option does not match my expectations. If you want to drink a coffee like americano you have to pay an extra fee for it, otherwise you get for free some nescafe or filter coffee. The dinner which was included in the half board option has to be choosed from a menu a la carte ( no buffet option) - never saw it before. The food I had in the Hotel Restaurant had a good quality with reasonable price. My conclusion. I had a short, nice time here and I would come here again just for the amazing, direct sea view.

Excellent hotel for rooms, location, food and staff. All rooms face the sea and the view is amazing. All the staff were extremely nice, professional and friendly especially Thalia on reception….big thank you to her. The half board food was so good, thoroughly recommend it especially at this time of the year when not so many restaurants are open. The only disappointment was the hot food on the breakfast buffet. Not much choice and not up to the standard of the al la carte menu. Otherwise, a perfect stay with nothing to fault.

Nice hotel, nice staff, great food. Everyone was so kind and helped us in everything we asked for. On top an unforgettable view from the room and the special breakfast on the sea. A big thank you to everyone, especially to Thalelia and to the Management! See you!

This is my second time at the Kos Aktis and far and away my favorite Kos hotel (have tried 3 others). The hotel is comfortable, has a good restaurant, is only a short walk to restaurants and old town, and -- best of all -- all the rooms have balconies overlooking the Agean so it's quiet and you can have fresh air all the time and stare at the sea. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights while island hopping around Greece in June. We were arrived late one evening so went straight to bed without looking around. When we opened our curtains the next morning we were absolutely amazed at the view. Staff are very helpful and breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the sea is plentiful. Would definitely choose to stay here again if we visited Kos.

We had a week at the aktis art hotel to celebrate a special birthday there were 10 of us and may i say it was a complete success, this is a lovely hotel very comfortable rooms with a view to die for, staff go out of their way to help you and to make your stay with them memorable,we found breakfast very good plenty of variety.Very central to town a good choice of restaurants, believe me we found the hotel very good indeed and cant believe some of the reviews that say rooms dated and breakfast poor if that was the case we would not have rebooked for September would just like to say a big thankyou to the staff and the receptionists for making our holiday one to remember 😀

An excellent small boutique hotel in a superb location at a bargain price (under £550pp b&b for 7 nights including flights from UK with Jet2 Holidays). Spotlessly clean throughout, fantastic staff and fabulous breakfasts. Very spacious and well furnished bedrooms, all of which have large balconies overlooking sea with views to harbour, marina and Turkey. 10 minutes walk to harbour and centre of old town. I didn’t count but there must be 50+ restaurants within half a mile.

Its very hard to fault this hotel, wonderful sea views, all rooms with balconies overlooking the sea, no road in between , just the perfect location. Views across to the small port and always something happening, ferries arriving from the other islands and so on. Spotlessly clean and very good staff particularly the senior receptionist who was a huge asset to the hotel. The H20 restaurant attached did great breakfast served from 7am to 11 am, huge choice, once again great service and was also very good at sensible prices for lunch out on the terrace. Absolute recommendation, a must in Kos town.
