My family and I are just coming to the end of a 2 week stay here and I can honestly say, that the rooms a very nice, grounds are immaculate and the staff are very lovely. However if you don't like sleeping at night then this hotel is the place for you, unfortunately the hotel admit a rather large amount of younger people, which in turn has transformed the hotel in to what can only be described, as an 18- 30s hotel, the early morning rowdiness, starts from around 2.30am and continues at a regular rate until around 6am. It's such a shame because the hotel could be so much better. We have spent most of our days in the Hotel next door, this is due to the 18 -30 crew continuing the craziness throughout the day in the pool causing havoc, including on my last count 9 indiviuduals smoking and drinking beer at the same time IN THE POOL !!

The hotel is very nice and clean close to the beach , which is very nice friendly people who take your money for the beds . The hotel was nice rooms cleaned everyday , the breakfast was continental same thing every day . The reception staff rude and not helpful , we asked to keep our room on for the last day they said it would be fine but on the last day i was told we couldnt , so we had to depart the room at 11am . Kos harbour is a 10 min taxi ride and its lovely lots of shops etc , you can hire bikes for about 4 euro's a day . All in all it was a lovely holiday apart from the reception and no evening entertainment

Just got back from a superb week at this hotel. Smashing place, just across the road from the beach. There was 4 of us, so we booked a taxi from the airport, €56 each way. Transfer took just 25 mins. The staff were all excellent, really pleasant and very helpful. The whole place was spotlessly clean, a real tribute to the cleaning staff. We were in the main building, older but still really good quality. We went self catering. The apartment was excellent, but about the only downside was the cooking facilities. We were hoping to cook most meals ourselves but with only a kettle and two rings it was impossible. Certainly couldn’t cook a meal for a family. Excellent location, just 30 minute walk into Kos town. Small supermarket just across the road, which stocks everything you need, and very helpful. A few small restaurants just by beach, but not very good quality. only one opens for breakfast, but that is the best one. We tended to walk into Kos for our meals at night. The food at the hotel is very good and reasonably priced. We got out and about quite easily, the local buses are very good and cheap. We went on the 3 island trip on a pirate ship, very good value @ €20 including good lunch at a restaurant. Cigs are about€46 a carton. Not many English brands, so if that’s what you want, wait till the airport, same prices. Altogether we had a great time here. Nice time just chilling round the superb pool. No problem with sun beds, plenty of room. Would certainly recommend the Alexandra Beach. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special.

These apartments are a little gem and we were really happy with them. They are perfectly situated-minutes from the beach, bus stop and local tavernas which are right on the beachside. Turn right at the bottom of the road. There is a brilliant supermarket opposite (BamBam )which stocks everything. We went self catering which as you know in Greece means eating out !! But that was our intention. The studio we had was huge and airy with a mosi screen which was excellent. The beds were firm and the shower was tiny but it was all lovely and spotlessly clean. The room was cleaned daily except Sunday and clean sheets and towels frequently. Everyone there was lovely. The poolside was superb with lots of good quality beds and loads of room. The only issue for us was our room was over the breakfast room which started early and was noisy. We could also hear the Bar at night but with the door closed it was not a problem. We stayed two weeks and didn’t want to leave it was brilliant
