This is a fantastic hotel that caters for all, the food is fantastic and second to none. We took a family of 6, 4 kids(3 of my own and a 16yr old niece) with ages from 14 month to 16 years old. The pools on offer are varied and we found it good to change between pools so all the kids got to enjoy a pool suitable for them. Splash park for the baby and little ones, to be honest even us the big kids enjoyed the slides and the lazy river. The meat and salad choices on offer at the poolside restaurant are fantastic and very tasty. The a’la carte restaurants are good too, we ate at the Chineese twice and the Italian once, we walked to Kos town approx 30 mins but there are bars along the way to keep you hydrated. To get to Kos town walk out of the hotel towards the piano bar and Italian go past them, over one cross roads and right at the next and you’ll be there in no time. Good places to eat in Kos town if you fancy a change but there is plenty of choice and beautiful food at the hotel. You can get a taxi to Kos town from the hotel at a cost of €8, we chose to walk down and get a taxi back. Pool Towels are provided and can be changed between 10-12 and 1500-1800 everyday if you wish, this saves you carrying them to the room and drying them yourself. It is a big hotel and if your not too good on your feet the reception will send you a buggy to your room and take you to restaurants or the reception. The entertainment was decent although not amazing, if you want amazing entertainment as well as food as good as this hotel and a hotel as nice be prepared to spend a lot more money than you will spend here. The kids were happy with it and that’s what matters. To summarise this is a brilliant hotel with great and varied pools, you can always get something to eat if you need it, the drinks are spot on and the bar staff don’t mind making them to your requirements wether that me more or less alcohol in your drinks, beware the amount of vodka, rum, whiskey they put in your drinks is a lot more than a standard measure in the uk! Rum and coke was my drink of choice and it was beautiful, the bar staff also do mock-tails for the kids and strong cocktails for the adults. The outside reception bar was a great atmosphere after the entertainment had finished in the tent too. We chilled there most nights. Our Room 4205 was very spacious and very clean, it was cleaned everyday. The on-site supermarket is expensive but if you walk out of reception turn right and right again there is a supermarket there with more reasonable prices. Overall this is a spot on hotel with excellent food and great friendly staff. We will be visiting again, not next year but we will definitely return at some point. Thank you for another great holiday.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff brilliant, the food was mostly good, but could do with a little more choice at times. We were spoilt for choice on swimming pools, which were all great as were all the bars. The dancers in the evening entertainment were brilliant, not so keen on the singers they killed ABBA night. My only small criticism would be maybe a soft play area for babies as they have to stay in their pushchairs alot and plastic plates for small children. Other than that you cannot go wrong with this hotel and would love to go back

Absolutely brilliant hotel. 7 nights with my GF & the experience was excellent. Brilliant restaurants with friendly & funny waiters! Animation team were 10/10 and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Plenty of things to do around the hotel and you should definitely visit the Omega Sky Bar near the harbour.

We booked this hotel as a late deal so didn’t pay full price. Tui says 4 star but the hotel itself says 5 star. I would say 4 star. It’s a really big place, we were lucky with our room as we were right in the middle of the resort so close to everything. And after seeing bad reviews about rooms I was really surprised as it was just the 2 of us we had a 2 bedroom apartment with a bath and shower. So much space for the 2 of us. Block 4000. Staff here are absolutely amazing and so lovely they all work really hard and are so friendly. We tried the Chinese which was superb and we were lucky enough to go twice (only 1 per stay) but they let us go twice. Also tried the Italian which was nice but the starters and pasta were a buffet then you order from menu so was a bit of a strange set up. Adults pool we used every day was lovely and relaxing which is what we wanted out of this holiday. The staff walk round all the time and ask if you would like a drink. Only thing missing in my opinion is a bit of background music. The pool water was freezing! WiFi excellent and could get everywhere in the hotel I do agree with other reviews and although we were prepared it is a shame men can’t wear smart shorts to dinner. Also I feel the drinks let this hotel down as the nice cocktails you have to pay for. They have basic cocktails which are mostly pre made on the all inclusive and I normally love a pina colada but it didn’t taste that great. The beer was nice. We walked into kos town which took about 50 minutes to get to old town more than 2k which is what the brochure says. We got the bus back which was only 2 euros each. Overall we have had a lovely holiday and although we probably would not return we would recommend the hotel.

Don't come to this hotel if you are expecting platinum all inclusive as sold by tui because it's only a low silver at best You have to buy your water the tui rep told us you can drink the water from the taps but there is nothing in writing anywhere to tell you that too many little niggles to write here We asked the tui rep Tuis definition of all inclusive and he said tui don't set the all inclusive rules themselves it is done buy the individual hotel,, which seems to me to be a con It is sad because the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the entertainment crew are very friendly and always willing to chat and put on a good show In the restaurant men have to wear trousers only to be told they only serve wine and beer with you meal If you get your own drinks from the main reception bar you are given plastic beakers to be told that is the rules but when order from the waiters in the same bar they come in glasses
