I stayed in this hotel for a week in the beginning of Sept. I probably wouldn't stay there again, but it wasn't very bad. The rooms are very, very basic! There are not even phones in there. We got a worst room ever (in a basement) in one of the back buildings with a view on a wall and dirty... More

Palm Beach Hotel is amazing. I loved the day that I spent there. By the way, I have to say that the most amazing part of my day at Palm Beach Hotel was the Greek night at 24th of August. If you know the Greek dancer's name at 24th of August, please share with me.

The worst hotel we ever stayed in Greece. impolite personnel ,rooms in bad condition ,the bathroom wretched and no hot water after 5:00 pm when everybody arrives from the beach and need it to be cleaned ,the breakfast very poor and no wifi. in my opinion don't even think of it

Great hotel! I've been here for 8 days and the service was amazing! the staff is very friendly and willing to help you anytime. The buffet was also good, a lot of different choices! The hotel is very close to the beach and the city. If I ever come back to Kos I will definitely stay at Palm Beach hotel again!... More

I went with family/friends last October and just came back from May trip; I'm not sure if those who compare this hotel with a Middle Eastern civil war zone country, have ever spent a night in a place/country like that? If so I'm sure you wouldn't compare it to Palm Beach and I think hyperbole has come into play here... More

What a wonderful staff AND guests! And that's no coincidence, because this is a small family run hotel, where everybody feels 'home' right away. If you are a people oriented person, and the JOY of you holiday comes from friendly smiles, helpful hands, welcome feeling, personal service, and lots of interest in who you are and what you enjoy during... Stayed in this hotel beginning October as a bit of last minute sun. On our arrival a young chap took our bags to our room which I thought was very lovely as you don't expect it from a tiny hotel. Breakfast was fine and had a great variety of hot and cold. We weren't always at the hotel for lunch... More

Previously lovely garden looks tired. The food is very poor and the dishes are not always clean. They do not have a vacuum cleaner to clean the pool and clean it manually. A good... More
