This hotel is run by a family, the old lady is a very true and real person, she never fake or pretend. Her way of talking, looking, voice, face expression, make people like her a lot. You can imagine how lucky her husband and her son, the chef of the hotel, is. So, the hotel is humanized too, the place,...

Stayed here on the recommendation of friends that had stayed here years ago and loved it. Stayed on the top floor in a room with 2 balconies and beautiful views. Room had a nice sitting area and bathroom was adequate and clean. We had great hopes for the restaurant but were disappointed. Food was good but wine prices were excessive...

Locanda Miranda is one of those lovely inns that ooze old world charm and ambience alongside contemporary art and a two-star Michelin restaurant. Established in 1959, the inn provides beautiful rooms with fabulous vistas overlooking the bay. The linen and towels are of good quality...the decor pleasant. There is a comfortable reading area downstairs and a bright eating room. We...

I was looking forward to our stay but from the moment of check in felt that something was not right. Beautiful hotel with a sublime location. Would not hesitate to recommend Tellaro. One of the most beautiful places we have stayed, ever. We were never greeted with a smile, a suggestion for our stay, could they help with anything, nothing....

My boyfriend and I stayed at Locanda Miranda on Saturday night and ate at the restaurant for my birthday. We own a house in Northern Tuscany and as such we're familiar with the Ligurian coastline. Tellaro is definitely one of our favourite villages. It has stunning aspects and unpretentious charm. We've eaten a lot of spaghetti alle vongole over the...

This place was recommended by Italian friends of ours. In the middle of a heat wave, all windows opened, the air was fresh and the room cool, with a large bathroom, excellent bed, and top service. The chef (a real one) serves the best meals at night and is a master of seafood. His wife is adorable and was so...

The Locanda Miranda is not really what many travelers would call a hotel; it is, instead, an excellent fish restaurant that happens to have a few rooms. And they are wonderful rooms, overlooking the sea! Our room -- actually, more of a junior suite -- had two private balconies, a separate sitting area, excellent water pressure in the shower and...

I can only speak of my experience at the Locanda Miranda, which I found to be nothing but superb! So, here's my story to balance out the scores! I visited the restaurant at Locanda Miranda in late August 2014 with my girlfriend. So, please bear in mind that I think we may have visited at the end of the school...

We only dined there once. Unfortunately, we found the lighting and the atmosphere a bit dreary and prices a bit too high for our liking. Madam was on a bit on the haughty side and not very friendly, but ,may be she does not like English people. My husband and I, both had fish. It was OK. Clean and palatable,...
