My wife and I booked this B&B a year ago at the recommendation of a colleague who spent a couple days here with his wife. We spent a week with John and Monique(owners) and can't say enough great things about our experience and about them. First of all, this is a fabulous value. The breakfasts are a superb start to...

What a stunning place hidden in the stunning French countryside. Surrounded by vineyards and beautiful towns. Praise to John and Monique for their hospitality and crating a home from home. A nice outside space for guests to relax and themed rooms to rest in. Breakfast is generous as are both John and Monique. Love the place so much I proposed...

This chambre d'hôte is located 7 kilometres from Vaison & 1 kilometre (through a short cut) from the delightful little village of Villedieu. The house itself is a lovely old mas, renovated with quality & style. The rooms are extremely spacious & well equipped with much thought having gone in to every little thing. There is a lovely swimming pool...

A fabulous place out in the country, but a very short drive to several villages and to Vaison la Romain. The B & B is lovely and well maintained with a beautiful garden where breakfast is served. We made use of the guest kitchen which is in the garden. Our room was large and comfortable, with windows (and views) on...

John and Monique are delightful hosts. John has adventured everywhere, and knows Provence's hidden corners, best wineries, and local treasures as well as many stories about the area. Monique plays straight-man to John's teasing, and turns out a spectacular breakfast, wisdom about where to eat, shop, tour, and get away. A perfect base for touring. Don't forget to bring home...

John and Monique are wonderful, friendly, down-to-earth host & hostess. Our room was spacious, the bed was firm and very comfortable, the breakfast a nice repast of fruit, breads, confitures, eggs, cheese, juice, and coffee/tea. The grounds have a swimming pool to ease away the Provencal heat. The price is right, as well. Also, Rick Steves recommends L’Ecole Buissonnière, which...

L'Ecole had been recommended by friends who have stayed there several times. They were right (as always). Set in the midst of vineyards, with hills in the distance--gorgeous. Our hosts were so helpful (suggesting scenic driving routes, reserving restaurants) and a pleasure to talk with. Many places to sit in the gardens (although the weather was uncooperative), and a fireplace...

Staying at L'Ecole Buissonnière was a highlight of our trip to southern France. John and Monique welcomed us like family upon arrival and invited us to join them for dinner (for a fee), a rare occurrence I'm told. Because it was a quiet period for the B&B we had our pick of rooms and chose to stay in the Camargue...

The drive to l'ecole buissoniere was longer than we expected, and we worried on the drive that we would be far away from things to do. We were pleased to discover how wrong we were - we had a fantastic time in our four nights there and still didn't manage to see all we wanted to see in the area....

We were supposed to stay in another place but the owner did not show! Fortunately our friends advised us to come to this place and great surprise! John and his wife have been really welcoming and help us out hosting us for two nights! The house is really nice, breakfast is really above average and the folks are not only...
