No service, no amenities, the cafe downstairs is ok but if you have breakfast included it’s pretty rubbish unless you like cold old toast and some sweaty old ham and cheese. No hairdryer and when you run out of toilet paper you have to go to reception and ask for more

Adriana at the reception was friendly and gave ys warm welcome. She gave us city maps and tips for the local transport. Rooms were ok. There was no water cooker. There is coffee vending machine with snacks. There is a restaurant adjacent where you can get breakfast. Bus connections are ok

So the hotel clearly isn’t a five star hotel, I think some of these reviewers have forgotten that. What it is is clean, modern, has all the essentials, and is well-located. The staff couldn’t do enough for you - things like getting an early check-in or late check-out were no big deal at all and no “ohhh not sure you’ll have to come back later” which you experience almost everywhere else. WiFi is free which I didn’t realise based on previous reviews. The AC is good although admittedly a couple of times it randomly stopped, but reception staff were able to turn it back on from downstairs very easily. A minute’s walk from the nearest funicular station which is two stops from Espanya, a great base to get anywhere in the city. If you just need to use your hotel room as a comfortable base for your excursions into Barcelona, this really is all you need. It’s not luxury but you’re not paying enough for luxury. THE HOTEL WAS JUST SO COMFORTABLE FOR ME. EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN. THE STAFFS, PARTICULARLY POLINAH AND ANDRINA WERE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, AND THEY MADE SURE THAT ALL THE PLACES I WANTED TO VISIT THAT I VISITED THEM AND MORE WITH EASE. A fantastic hotel. In a fantastic location. It should easily have more stars. 1 star is an absolute joke! Very friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Clean and tidy rooms. A very welcoming bar/restaurant/cafe. All at a very reasonable price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Be very careful before booking in this hotel... It is a hotel for a very short staying, 1 or 2 night max. There is no cleaning service, very basic room, small and without the minimum amenities... DOUBLE CHECK in hotel website!!

I stayed 6 nights and in comparison to other local hotels in terms of the amazing affordable price , the impeccable clean rooms, brilliant location to transport and local places, and service nothing really comes close in my opinion. The staff were all friendly and attentive to providing fresh new towels, many thanks to Christan who went above and beyond to making my stay most welcoming, I wish him and the team well and a prosperous New Year. Perfect place to stay with a paid parking spot. Very convenient for both the city and the airport. Clean rooms with comfortable bed and everything you need. We got a really good deal last minute and it was a great choice.

I was happy to visit Barcelona. Chocked by a cold welcoming by the reception of the hotel. Arrival 28th November 2022 at 8.00 pm Badly received by a young man in the reception I had a problem of payment way. As the payment to the hotel has to be by Credit card only. I couldn’t do that. I have asked for solution to help me. The receptionist said that he wouldn’t utilise his card for me and I have to go to another hotel which accept cash. I had no choice but quit with deception! Please note that I was treated like none :( I am surprised that in hospitality industry threre is no hospitality any more. Better call it from now and up military industry. Chocked by the behaviour of this young man. But very pleased by behaviour of other people in Barcelona. Very nice and helpful people. I would definitely come back to Barcelona but never to such a hotel which I thank God I didn’t spent my money in it.…

At easyHotel Barcelona Fira, the team cannot put their card or take cash from other customers, it's forbidden. We are a cash free hotel, this is already stated in the reservation conditions on all web portals. We understand your situation, that's why we regret that you couldn't stay with us. When the client has only cash, we indicate that another person can make the reservation (who does not belong to the hotel, for private data protection) and if it is not possible in this way, the client is indicated a closer place where you can reserve a room.
