Stayed in this hotel several times in the past, more than 5 years ago. The hotel seems to have been gone though a complete make-over recently and the rooms now look very good, including a good bathroom. The prices are affordable - do an excellent budget choice for a visit to Shymkent and the surroundings. Breakfast is good, in line...

Entrance is "luxury style" with a lot of people eager to help you. I was in different rooms and all of them were clean and well organized. Bed big and comfortable. Ground floor with a good restaurant, with sushi and western good dish. You don't need to go out for dinner. But In the back more restaurant are available. Breakfast...

Rooms are warm and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Staff was always smiling and eager to help. Breakfast had decent choices. If only the gym was opened on Sunday. Location was quiet good and not far away from bars, restaurants and sights.

The hotel has been renovated recently and looks a little more modern than before. My room was spacious and had everything I needed. The bathroom was also nice - all parts of it were new. There was free wi-fi in the room. The hotel is opposite an park where music is played till midnight (at least in the summer) and...

the rooms are spacious, however it is impossible to get the fresh air because of a balcony with a door shut. A new restaurant that offers breakfast or coffee breaks or dinner is really good and the food is yummy. A flagship coffee shop next to the hotel is a great addition to the central location. If you are on...

Everything is decorated cream and beige to looklook clean and simple. Rooms beautiful. We had a twin room with good size single beds. Room was large and spacious with flat screen TV. Bathroom had huge...

It's a big hotel but low on hygiene. Prices are good. No English TV Channel. Staff is friendly. Close proximity to Mudland Cafe is an added advantage. Would recommend for solo travellers & bagpackers but not for Family Travel.

Location is brilliant, right in the middle of town, easy to find, and with free parking at the front of the bulding seperate from the street. The...

We stayed for a fortnight, rooms are big breakfast is fine. Comfortable enough, best feature is it is central to the city so it is easy to walk around in an evening. Two expensive restaurants next to the hotel, Da Vinci's is quite expensive but nice to sit on a summer evening with friends.

In the centre of Shymkent. I liked the fact that it really looks like a hotel. But prices are quite high actually. Internet doesn't really work, or at best it works only at the reception and with very weak signal. . If you have problems with hard matresses, it's not the hotel for you. My room was a bit cold,...
