This tour was adventurous yet comfortable. Highlights were riding a camel, eating a freshly prepared meal of cucumber salad or beef/chicken tagine, and a very comfortable bed. M'Barak was an excellent host, providing cultural music in the evenings and sharing glimpses of his Berber heritage with us. The food was amazing! It was served on glass plates and silverware. This...

This was one of the most fantastic experiences of my life, and easily the highlight of our trip to Morocco. I was nervous about being uncomfortable out in the desert. M'Barak and his friends roll out the red carpet for their guests, and we felt like royalty. After our camel rides (about the right length of time for the experience,...

This was such an awesome trip! I loved to go with a group of couples. We slept in tents in the dessert, ate sand bread, rode camels, and were entertained by the fire with traditional music. I want to take my kids back and go on the excursion with them too!

Our group of 18 adults (and one newborn baby) can't say enough good about our experience into the Sahara with M'barak and his team. Everything was perfect and M'barak was the perfect host. The weather was cold in December, but everything else was incredible. The food, the drums, the sand bread, the camel ride and the nomad camps. An unforgettable...

What an experience and what an amazing, kind and considerate host is Mbarek, a local man from a nomad family who built his kasbah and who organised the most fantastic adventure for me - 5 days and 4 nights in the desert with 4x4 and camel. Having broken my toe in Marrakech on arrival my planned camel walking trip had...

I didn't get a chance to go to Mbarek's home in Mhamid, but booked a 6 day tour from Marrakesh to Fez. Idris was my driver and Mbarek the owner of the company decided to come along. Truly a trip I wont ever forget, the vastness of the desert and the endless mountains with green in just the valleys where...

We spent one night here and we had wonderful time. Our host was extremely nice - he joined us in a 5 hours trip in the desert. The food was great - we had salad, beef and chicken skewers, berber omelette and the regular Morocco breakfast. Great hospitality.

We travelled to Mhamid for a daytrip to explore the dunes in the Sahara and to do some typical Tourist activities. Falling into Kasbah Dar Sahara accidentally was very lucky. The house was very clean, the host extra helpful and honest. We got a delicous freshly cooked meal and had a good time at the Kasbah. Then he took us...

I can really recommend this place. Mbarek is a very friendly and helpful host and makes you feel very comfortable. Also his guide Bashir is very kind and has lots of interesting stories about the desert and the nomad life to tell. Also our kids enjoyed the uncomplicated atmosphere and loved Kasbah the cat with it´s babies. The food was...
