Having spent the week from hell in a Diamond Resort in Bodkye we arrived at the Armada Hotel and were shown our room with amazing sea views. The hotel pub was packed but they still managed to fit us in and the food was excellent. Staff were polite and friendly and they managed to accommodate our late checkout. The Chas...

My husband and I stayed in the Armada as we were attending a wedding there. When checking in, we found the staff to be helpful and friendly. As a wedding venue, it is beautiful but the same can't be said about the standard of the rooms. We paid €160 for the night, inclusive of breakfast. The room was very basic,...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in December celebrating our anniversary! From the start it was wonderful! The room was a lovely seaview right over the ballroom where there was a Xmas party on the Friday and wedding on the Saturday and I have to admit we didn't hear a peep from either of them! We only...

Visited here with family on 2/1/2017. We just wanted a final holiday drink to end the festivities of Christmas. Waited at the bar for at least 10 minutes to be served,no sign of a barman and was waiting to be served by a waitress who seemed oblivious to people wanting a drink. Eventually got served by ,I presume ,was the...

Three superb deserts, in a snug, marred by poor coffee. Will come again to check for improvement. Staff great. V friendly and excellent approach. Atmosphere that could not be bought. Where else would you find the big fella sharing a wall with the long fella?

The place was very busy with Car Park Full signs but the Hotel had stewards outside and we all got parked. Attended a function at the armada hotel last night and found my expiernce a major let down considering the rave reviews it gets on this. It's all for show , treatment by front office staff way below par. Refusing to call taxis for anyone and shoving people out on to the road at 3am. The obvious dm of the hotel...
