What a lovely hidden gem, in a quiet location with superb views, only a short drive to so many lovely sights and attractions. We had an amazing weekend, Nicky and Mark are a wonderful couple who gave us a warm welcome and were full of useful information so we got the most out of our short break. Comfortable clean room,...

Myself and my boyfriend visited Landaus Fay in August and couldn't have stayed anywhere better for a bit of rest and relaxation in the middle of our month long trip around Europe. To start, Nicky and Mark were brilliant hosts and we would agree with a earlier review that nothing was ever too much to ask. The B&B itself is...

Our family of four visited In July, we came to Austria in search of a relaxing holiday break and we certainly found it! Landhaus Fay is located in the small, former salt-mining village of Perneck, its a rural idyll with colourful floral displays and stunning views of the valley and wooded hills. Bad Ischl is five minutes by car, a...

We have been there just 5 days ago and was perfect. René is very close and warm. The rooms are very comfortable, are clean and with everything what you need for a good staying. The only "but" is that is a quite far from the centre, nothing important because is supposed that you go by car. Another important thing, be...

The owners are very friendly and willing to help. They know a lot about the area and can help planning your day of leisure in the beautiful area. It is a little remote from the town, less than 10 minutes drive from the center. I find it as an advantage to wake up in the country side.. The rooms are...

We stayed here at Christmas time (2012) and they were the friendliest most accommodating family ever! They made us feel like family friends instead of customers. They were very helpful with local advice and prepared whatever breakfasts we wanted (being American, the breakfast fare is a little different than Europeans). If we are ever nearby, I would certainly go back!...

We stayed here for two nights in July and loved it. The house is really homey, the breakfast was tasty and the hosts are incredibly nice and helpful when it comes to activities and nice restaurents. TV + dvd in the room and a big collection of movies to chose from. You need your own car to get here but...

Best place we stayed during our trip through Austria. Rene and Mark are so welcoming and warm. Fantastic bed, good shower, great breakfast. Only minor: bad Internet reception in the downstairs room we stayed in but they warned us about it. Absolutely adored this place!!

We stayed at Landhaus Fay for one night in July. It was very difficult to find, with road works in Bad Ischl and a faulty GPS map. The setting is semi-rural with lovely views from our room. The room was quiet and comfortable. Parking was on site. The wifi worked well. Mark & Renee were very friendly and helpful. We...
