What a great and lovely experience to return this incredible hotel in Macau. Thanks Victor and his team to manage the executive longue. They provide great services there. Food and drinks are good in restaurant and lounge.... Room is comfortable and I like the room and corridor drawings. Hotel location is easy to access famous and historical place. The staff at Club Millesime especially, but throughout the hotel overall, are very polite and friendly. In the Club Millesime, the Chef Sandy catered to my wife’s specific current dietary needs and the waiters Melsan and Leah took great care of all we needed and were there with a smile. Good positive surprise, as we were not expecting the lounge to be open!

An overnight holiday to SOFITEL MACAU AT PONTE 16. We booked a Junior Suite with Club Millésime access. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We used the gym and the swimming pool. The facilities and equipment were well kept and the staff was courteous and professional. We would like to express our gratitude to the exceptional hospitality provided by Ann, Eric, and Kyle at Club Millésime. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and made our experience unforgettable. Their dedication and passion for their work are truly outstanding, and we look forward to returning soon.

Such a delightful day experiencing a day on a good swimming pool and amazing gym. It is truly unpredictable that Sofitel Macau has a hidden gem like this. Yea we usually have a Christmas party annually and we always prefer to check in at one of the top hotels when it comes to spacious room and elegant touch here in Macau, Sofitel i think for me is iconic in service and food, staff most of them are kind and friendly, when it comes to relaxing i would suggest that you come visit their spa, gym, swimming pool and even a heart warming attendant will assist all your needs for comfort, yes its truly breathtaking experience coming in you’ll never know what surprises might offer you and the man behind your healthy lifestyle train you properly is Mang Ehdz , colleagues use to call him, he’s a nice guy, support your willingness to be able to achieve your goal in fitness and body.. i recommend this hotel to all the people i know and they love it, thanks Sofitel for a wonderful experience…
