It is a four-star hotel but I do not feel it is up to that level. Its lobby is surprisingly small and smelly. Its room is dirty and without privacy (people in the next building can look right into your room). The front desk is rude (yes, rude - even worse than unhelpful). A man broke the queue but the check-in desk did not say anything. Also, please spare some time to check-in and check-out, the front desk is super slow. If what you are looking for is just a simple sleep without any concern for hygiene, Metropark can be an okay choice. Otherwise, I would not recommend this hotel.
Very good comfortable hotel with high level of room services. I liked the mobile service that is very good idea for foreigns. hotel site is good in center between shops and access transportation. Recommended for middle budget with high quality.
Stayed here for 2 nights. We booked family room so they gave complimentary tea And snacks for 2 days. While the room was quite big washroom was also big. Had a good time here. The breakfast was also good
I really like the accommodation here because the bed is very good. There is a focus on bedding products that make you feel relaxed and fully rested. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with all the amenities, very clean. Accommodation can choose a smoking or non-smoking room. But when staying in a non-smoking room, still smelling cigarettes according to some air ducts Especially in the bathroom - The hotel lobby has less seating. - Location is medium, Because it is not next to the main road Overall I like staying here and suggesting that it should be worth the stay. During my stay as New year count down night Causing the accommodation price to be quite high But if staying at other times I think the price and value will be very good.
They gave complimentary vouchers for afternoon tea at there restaurant on the 25th floor as we had booked a family suite. Large room, gave us an extra bed at no extra cost. Toiletries were up to standard. Location at the center and close to many casinos. street dining options many around the hotel. Grocery shop right opposite the hotel and pharmacy too. Security good as elevator can be operated only with room key. House keeping was spot on even with a language barrier. They also provided a smartphone during the stay in the room which can be used to navigate around town and choose things to do and eat Cons- They dint provide shuttle bus to the airport, only to the ferry. They put us in a smoking room and it stank for the first few hours till the AC was put full blast. No bellboy to take your luggage.…
Big rooms, well lighted with an office/work area too. They offer complimentary mobile photo with data and direct dial to hotel. Rooms and bath clean. Bed and linens are commendable. Breakfast is good. Area is close to other casinos. Hotel offers free shuttle to ferry terminal. Restos are closeby. Concierge very helpful!
on our travel arround Macao stopped here, in the downtown area, just for a lunch, a kind of self-service buffet, the food was delicious, with a lot of variety, a kind of mix of Chinese and Portugese food.
We went there as a part of our day tour for the lunch and we were surprised to find vegetarian dishes in lunch for vegetarians. The hotel has a very good restaurant that caters to the needs of veg and non-veg people equally. Delicious food served to us with some tasty pancakes and yes... vegetarian... Location is in the downtown area and lot of things around to shop...
What a pleasant stay. I came here early, the room was not ready but they allowed me to take a shower in the gym. I am very pleased about that because I had a business meeting. Room very clean. No casino or night club. Extremely peaceful. Great location. Friendly staff. I loved that they provided a cellphone to use in the room for internet and local calls. Only issue is WiFi could be better. It was often on and off.
it rained the entire time we were in Macau for a meeting. Best thing about the hotel was that it provided umbrellas. The food in the buffet was ample but relatively tasteless--put another way, the food all tasted pretty much the same. This was true also of the restaurant with al la carte menu. My room reeked of smoke, which was not pleasant. Comfortable bed, good shower, aside from smoke smell the room was clean, and staff were professional. Nothing seriously wrong with this hotel, it's just rather "blah."
