We checked in around 2pm on june 20 and once we were in the main entrance, there is a very rude security who doesnt want us to go inside. He was a bit disrespectful and not polite and pointing outside to us he even stopped me when I was about to go inside, when we got a chance to talk to him we told him that we are checking in and he suddenly changed his attitude towards us but the thing is, he should be very welcoming to guests and not rude. Other than the security wverything was fine the staff at the front desk, the house keeping and even the room are very nice. It is very luxurious. We booked this room for our friends birthday as a surprise. Finally, the whole experience is nice but the only thing is the security at the entrance.

Location is good, walking distance within 10 minutes to have local food and convenience store. easy to take taxi is surrounding area. After check-in, you have to change the lift in platform or middle floor to go upstairs hotel rooms. you can smile a fragrance when you enter the lift. you can smile different taste in different floor. BTW, the feeling is not really good for us, we prefer to have clear air rather than that. the room is big, the toilet is clean, but the light is very dark. is old style or tradition hotel room style.

My friends chose this hotel online but we worried when we saw how tacky it looked from the street. Once inside the lobby however we found the luxury we had expected. Our booking was a little messed up by the online booking agent but this was no issue to the amazing hotel staff. They quickly found solutions with no fuss. Our room was perfect for us and very clean. The hotel has a great location within walking distance of both crazy casinos and stunning traditional architecture. we explored some casinos at night, historical sights in the day with time for shopping, eating and the hotels swimming pool. We stayed 2 nights and had 3 days before taking a ferry back to Shenzhen. We loved the shopping because we found many shops and brands that mainland China doesn't have. A 1 night 2 day stay wouldn't be enough to really enjoy Macau.

The location is excellent: close to everything. There is a free shuttle to the Gong Bei border. I wish that there are shuttles to the bus terminal to link Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macau. I especially like the recreation team who were willing to allow us to stay overtime: the gym and pool was supposed to close at 9pm. But I was there until 9:15 pm. The team just kept wiping the wet floor and cleaning up. They did not ask us to leave and allow us to stay overtime which is amazing. I got upgraded to a suite on the last night. It was such a pleasant stay that i don't really want to leave the hotel. But i have to leave because i have to catch the flight
