This is a very good hotel with value for money. I would like to acknowledge the front desk Jerry for a very satisfactory customer service. The room and the bathroom is amazing. We will definitely return to Metropole Hotel Macau.

It was my second time in Macau and I must say I love it there! Macau is a pretty small place and is better to be explored on foot. Don't forget to look up once in a while to be able to appreciate the beautiful European-like structures in the city. Macau is even spectacular especially at night wherein the city... More

The location of the hotel is very strategic. Senado Square is just around the corner (3 min walk away) And the bus stops to take buses to macau sightseeing places are so near (3 min walk away only). Easy to get taxi as well. A stone throw away from New Yaohan and few hundreds metres away to the Grand Lisboa... More

Very good experience. Rooms are quite big and looks clean. I have to mentioned it here that there is one male staff standing at the main door of the hotel helping people to open and close door. He is really helpful when we asked him for the information of shuttle bus to go to ferry station etc.

Once you enter the hotel room, there's a mini porch/passage which leads... More

Our plane to Macau was late and we missed the last ferry to Shenzhen so we had find a hotel quickly to spend the night. We did not want a full casino "Macau Experience" - we just wanted to sleep somewhere until the next ferry left the port. This fit the bill. Room was clean, but floor smelt of cigarettes... More

The guest room I stayed was such a very small and congested room, with no window at all. Besides, the bath towels, although clean and hygiene, were full of holes. These holes were possibly caused by repeated and repeated uses. Some of them are almost 1 inch in diameter. It is quite unacceptable.

Rooms are not big but comfie enough. Breakfast included is a bonus but nothing flash. $40 HK to get their by taxi from the outer ferry terminal or return. Taxi rank across the road. Easy walking distance to some of the casinos or $20hk from MGM casino to the hotel, why bother saving $4 AUD looking for free shuttles The... More

It's a great hotel to stay in. Very near to all the tourist attractions in macau. The rates are very very reasonable. And the hotel is clean and with the latest amenities. I would like to stay there again on my next visit.
