I had a good stay at Hotel Lisboa: clean room with good view on the upper floor. A few things for improvement: the toilet ring was smaller than the toilet seat. After almost two weeks on a business trip to China and about 1.5-2 days before my flight back home I decided to make a short transition through Macau. This was my 2nd visit to Macau - last time I stayed in Cotai. Unless you are into luxurious grand hotels and high roller gambling- a hotel on the peninsula is way...

I was in Hotel Lisboa 7 december 2016 - 8 december 2016. I left a deposit (1000 HKD) with my credit card. Lady at the reception told me my money will be returned within 2 weeks. But the money still doesn’t return on the credit card. Can I get my deposit back?

Hotel Liboa was a positive experience. It is a traditional casino-hotel, surrounded by new casinos. The location is excellent. The service includes, for example, free shuttlebus transportation Hong Kong ferry terminal. The staff was very friendly, especially the concierge department. Lisboa round-Eastwing the building open onto a panoramic view in the direction of the Macau Tower. The casino is smaller,...

The front desk exec, Loise was very helpful. He upgraded our room to a non- smoking room much to our delight as the trip was meant to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday. Grace at the front desk was very helpful as well, giving us instructions to the different attractions in Macau. Room service was excellent too!!!!!! We requested for an...

You can never leave as The Eagles classic Hotel California goes primarily because the exit doors are so hard to find. Other elements of the Hotel are similar to those in the Grand Budapest hotel movie. The rooms are large and fun, the bathrooms are tiny but overall a good hotel and a historical location. Great for gambling and there...

We had two king rooms on the 6th and 7th floor. The hotel staff was rude from beginning to end of our stay! When waiting for our room to be ready, I started feeling dizziy in the lobby, and sat down on the floor near reception (no seating in lobby). The security officers that stand watch over the front desk...
