I need to move back to Macau due to family reason, and by the time when I’ve made my decision, Macau Government announced the quarantine duration was extended from 14 to 21 days!! While (before the announcement) I was still struggling should I rest in a Government designated inn, or pay more for a more comfortable stay. However, I did not think further and immediately make my reservation at Sheraton once the latest announcement is out. After my stay, it proofed my decision was right. After the long wait and immigration process, arrival was smooth and efficient, the room is spacious and spotless, ventilation was comfortable with cooling and heating options, WiFi is one of the best highlight, I have spectate routers in the living room and bedroom. Water pressure is steady and consistent, the king sized bed and linen is too comfortable to be true..... all hardware were phenomenal. And besides the fixture and facilities, what makes my stay more than ordinary is definitely the conveniency service and genuine care from the team. Here, I have to specially shout out to the In Room Dining team (especially Jamie) and the Bonvoy Chat operator. They accommodate to all my requests and react to it accordingly. Moreover, personalized note from the Loyalty team and their small gift from time to time, to cheer me up throughout this 21 days and nights. It was definitely a comfortable stay. I will recommend this hotel to who is looking for an accommodation that fits all your basic needs. Thank you Sheraton Grand Marco and their phenomenal team :)

It is very nice of Sheraton to give such good deals or packages to avail during this time of pandemic specially knowing we are all still in lockdown. We had a memorable & perfect staycation as they offered an affordable promotion of early check in at 12pm & late check out next day 6pm, complimentary upgrade to next room category and what's more? 500mop dining vouchers & free entrance at Eiffel Tower & Qube Kingdom (if you have kids to bring with you) What I love about them is their customized services to each of their guests. As they know that we are celebrating my boyfriend's birthday, they called me before the booking date and proactively offered us a suite room upgrade, birthday decorations & special amenities. I was surprised & got very happy with their advance arrangements. They have always been nice to their guests from the point of check in until the check out. All are very helpful & everything went smooth throughout our stay. Thank you to all the staffs from Reservations, Front Desk to bellman / doorman to Housekeeping to Room Service to Sala Pool specially to Jean Wu, Wendy, Jessi, Jeaselle Bilag & the rest of Sheraton employees. August 13,2020 we ordered food and called room dining @ 23:00. Mr. Mind is courteous and polite as well upon entering the toom He greeted us. Then he organized and prepared all the foods from the trolley. Take note all the foods are properly covered with plastic film. The foods we ordered are all yummy and delicious. Then we called again to get the food troley Mr. Leoben came and he is nice and friendly and courteous as well. August 14 i wasnt able to get the name of the one who clean our room. Thank you for organizing all our mess. 15 August We ordered food again. Mr. Ryan Mahilum bring our food. He is so courteous and friendly as well. He organized and prepared the food from the trolley. Upon booking, I ordered a non-smoking room, but I was welcomed by a strong smell of cigarette when entering the room. We called Room Service, and the staff was indeed very sorry and willing to help. The agent told me that a staff member would bring the keys to the room in a few minutes.
Behold, that's when the drama starts.
It was 11.45 pm when we called room service (it was indeed late by normal standards, however, in Macau, the service was still at full scale, even in late night). We waited for an hour, an whole hour without any staff appearance. We called again. The staff remained very polite and was very sorry for the delay, which was appreciated. However, the staff member did not appear in half an hour. This was already around 1.20 am.
The staff did not brought us the key, and told us to go to the front desk for register. Though not fulfilling the promise an hour and a half ago, we still consider a registration was reasonable.
A quarter of an hour later, we arrived in our new room. When we first attempted to unlock the key of the room, the lock of the card reader did not respond. The other card resulted the same. None of the cards were able to unlock the room.
With frustration, we went back to the front desk again. I was really surprised that it the line took 15 minutes and there were dozens of people checking in despite over 2 am. The casino was more lively than earlier into the night. The staff at the front desk told us that these were faulty cards, and they replaced them with new ones.
But when we approached the room, the same thing happened. It was nearly 2.30 am.
I asked to meet the manager, but he/she never showed up. I was asked to leave my email, but I never received any apology. Even being a junior Bonvoy member, the service I was experienced was appalling. The front desk did offer me with express checkout when we replaced the card for the third time, which was in need as I was about to catch an early afternoon flight in Hong Kong for Mainland China. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the ferry terminal was perhaps the best part of the service, as it was clean, on-time,and the driver was hospitable.

This was the first time to stay in Sheraton and never disappoints our expectations from rooms, restaurants and shopping malls are very incredible. Friendly and amazing staffs. Check in early was arranged which was great don't need to wait for long. The room was huge clean with a well furnished. We stayed for 2 nights. Housekeeping staff BASNET TILAK has done a great job we found a small note left on the table alerting us about the weather change and with some water, towel and a slipper for my son. He cleaned our room very well and tidy up everything including my baby clothes which was randomly placed on the bed. I was really touched with his warm and caring service. I really can't wait to capture those memory so I made a short video of it and posted on my Facebook and 2.4K people has reacted on this post which was the highest comment till now. Overall it was the best and memorial stay of 2020. I am planning to back to Sheraton on the mid of Jan to experience more with my family..Thank you all

We stayed in the Hotel for two days with the understanding that New Year's celebrations would draw lots of tourists to Macau especially in this gaming resort with shopping arcade and connecting overpass to some nearby hotels.
We already adjusted our expectation to the service and comfort level which Sheraton brand hotel could have provided. The room was well maintained when we first visited a few years ago. No disappointment at all.
We were able to get directions from Hotel staff for the newly opened Macau Light Rapid Transit and we should be grateful there were street signs of getting to the nearest station just little outside of the building.
After all it was wonderful we were in the room with view of count down event held by Parisians Hotel across the street (would be great if we could be informed of any Hotel's count down activities whether at a fee or for free, perhaps we did not notice such brochure in the room anyway). Good start of the New Year.

Room is big, with a large bathroom with shower and bath tub separated. The bathroom amenities like shower gel and shampoo are poor in quality. Cotai Strip is pretty much the reason for the mass tourism of Macau with the endless luxury shopping and gambling opportunities. With so many upscale option along the strip, we went with the reasonably priced Sheraton Grand, one of the four hotels that make up the Sands Cotai Central Complex. While it may lack the theme park vibe of the Venetian or the Parisian, the gambling and shopping options practically looked identical. The check in and out were both surprisingly efficient but we also avoided the worst times checking in super late and checking out early. Breakfast spread was fantastic mix of both Asian and Western food. We were lucky to have a room with a view of the Parisian's Eiffel Tower which was cool. Room was spacious and the beds couldn't have been more comfortable. All casinos on the Cotai Strip had ridiculous minimum bets with blackjack starting at 500 HKD (about 70 USD) which kept me at the roulette machine. Shuttle bus options were good and the public bus stop was right out front making it a great hotel for the Macau visit.

Me and my husband usually celebrate Anniversary out of Macau but this year was an exception due to flight restrictions because of Covid19. We decided to celebrate our Anniversary with our family for a One night stay here at Sheraton. We stayed at Family Room Suite and our kids surely had fun staying (my daughter don’t even want to leave). It may be an overnight stay but we surely enjoyed their staycation promo of early check in 12pm and late check out 6pm. The frontliners William Wong and Paula made sure that we had a smooth checked in and checked out process. Valerie prepared our room with a note (photo below), a kissing swan towels with rose petals and a box of chocolates (didn’t had the chance to take the photos coz the kids got too excited). We were assisted by Eurika to check if everything is settled or if we need assistance. We had fun swimming at the Sala pool assisted with friendly staffs and lifeguards. Everything was excellent and unexpected despite of a very limited manpower.
Many people lost their job due to this Pandemic somehow in this way we can help Macau’s Economy and we also want to help those people who are here working and thriving to make ends meet. Even though they lack of manpower they served us the best way they can and live up their 5 star service. For that a big Thank you Sheraton Cotai Macau team! Cheers!

It is not walk away. This hotel is situated in the new part of Macau. You may take the hop on / off bus tour which drives through the whole of Macau and stops at all major attractions. We had a baby and a stroller . So the bus tour is convenient, they will assist to keep your stroller safely on the bus . It is a nice experience!
There are more places to choose from in the Macau area.
