I had requested a suite close to the elevator due to our knee problems, but we were given a room at the far end of the corridor without any prior notice from the front desk officer. Although the suite was impressive with two large TVs, the shower handle was too high for me to reach, and there was no shower provided in the bathtub. When I inquired about a charger wire I forgot to bring, the staff's response was not very helpful, as they simply told me about the wireless charger provided in the alarm clock. Their apathetic attitude was disappointing, especially since we had a long stay ahead of us before taking the ship at 8:30 p.m. Nonetheless, the staff at the swimming pool were very friendly and helpful, but the pool facilities were not up to our expectations. The children's pool was warm but too small, and the bathroom shower was also too high to manage comfortably. The concierge staff was not well-informed about public transportation in the area, as she advised me to take bus 26, which stopped in the middle of a restaurant, forcing us to walk a considerable distance to our destination. Nice hotel and nice staff and nice room. Front desk staff Dayo is very nice and professional, we had a smooth check in at night, he gave us a very nice room, this is amazing ! Also thank you Sweelee for the tasty amenities, the cookies are excellent and my daughter finish it in 10 minutes 😆

認真的用一篇文章與大家分享一下這場夢幻的生日之旅 3月2日生日的我 因為早排太忙 我3月4號check in 當日才告知酒店是來慶祝生日的 一到達酒店大堂 ， 十分精神整潔既Stephen Lei 有禮的問候我們是否需要check in ？ 我說我想上完洗手間才check in , Stephen 便主動提出可以先放下數件行李， 讓我們上完洗手間才回來check in 。 那時我已經覺得有點喜出望外 並記下了他的名字，留下了對貴酒店極佳的第一印象！係設身處地去思考 到底咩方案 會令客人最滿意。 回到前台時很高興遇上了笑容滿臉的Robynn 姐姐為我check in. 得知我們是夫妻前來慶祝生日（而且我已是數年的Hilton diamond member 。Robynn細心咁問過我哋介唔介意尾房，並為我們升級了一間景觀優美的特色套房！那時便覺得今個生日實在太快樂了！ 因為是週末 所以十分驚喜！ 而且Robynn 也有十分細心聆聽我們的需求， 得知我們第一次前來， 鐘意影相打卡， 都有向我們介紹附近嘅打卡熱點，怎樣前往。 給了我們三張房咭 （第三張取電用。 ）了解過我的喜好仲送了我一份小禮物。又幫助查看房態後安排延遲退房。 超級開心! Conrad Hotel has always been a famous hotel in the world. This time I have the opportunity to stay in Macau. When I checked in, the service attitude of the front desk staff Patrick, Lee and Robbyn was very good. It can be seen that the service quality of Conrad Hotel is high. They patiently explained the surrounding food and room equipment to me. The check-in and check-out procedures are fast and convenient. The room is very spacious, the equipment is complete, the bed is very tidy, and the restaurant they introduced is also very delicious. I will choose to stay at the Conrad Hotel again, and would like to recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I had an extremely bad experience with my booking in this hotel. I booked a room for two nights through the hotel’s website, with payment due upon arrival. A day prior to my stay, I received a confirmation code. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled because the hotel attempted to charge my credit card 6 hours prior to my arrival while I was on my flight to Jeddah. Despite my credit card’s expiry date being incorrect, the hotel chose not to communicate with me and instead cancelled my reservation immediately. When I requested clarifications and a solution to my issue upon arrival at night, I was told that there were no rooms available, leaving me and my family, including my elderly 70 year old mother, stranded at 10:30pm as we were not able to find any available hotels at that time. We were fortunate to finally approach Hyatt Regency, the hotel next door who were also fully booked at midnight. They were incredibly considerate and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family and managed to arrange a room for 2 nights ensuring that we had a comfortable stay in the hotel.…

My experience was amazing, I had all I need to be comfortable. It’s always been my favorite stay with my friends. Friendly staff and lovely warm setting. The accommodations and staff are great and provide good services. There never was an unsatisfactory experience and we can gladly say that we will continue to stay here every time. lastly, I want to commend a staff from the front desk Troy, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

I am glad we chose the Conrad for my birthday trip. The staff were amazing (hospitality unlike anything I've experienced in the mainland), the hotel is very grand and the facilities everything you need and more for a trip to Macau. Would have no hesitation in booking again when visiting Macau in the future.

Room is absolutely clean, tidy and comfortable. staffs are professional and friendly; especially thanks to Ms. Ada from Front Desk as she was very helpful as she provide many stuff for my baby and recommended good restaurants to us. We have free longevity buns for our birthday celebration which extremely good. We have an amazing staycation and looking forward for another wonderful night in the coming future.

Great choice for the return to Macau as I used to staying in this city for almost 8 years. Hotel is amazing and staffs are great. Leo nicely explained health code policy making it easy since first Begining, what's more, he said hi to us and farewell upon departure, to our superise. He is well talking and professional. Reception Leena is polite and courteous. Concierge in great help when you are looking for dining places and thank Kevin's advice. All staffs around are kind and helpful, excellent team! Kid likes the room very much and had great fun in the outdoor swimming pool. Very impressive and memorable stay.
