Our overall experience was fantastic. We stayed at the Four Seasons for a weekend with family. We have a little daughter who is under 2 years old. We requested a baby cot, which was set up in our room (it was a proper cot and not a travel cot). Our room was fitted with a bottle warmer, sterliser, baby slippers... More

The overall experience was average. There were bad points and good points that balanced each other out. Bad points: You have to pay for wi-fi and the shower in our room was slightly broken and hard to turn on. The bed was low-quality and our room card malfunctioned multiple times. When we put our keycard into the elevator scanner it... More

The location is not much convenience when comparing with other hotels in Taipa but if you would like to have a relax vacation, it's a valuable place to go. There is a shuttle bus from the Taipa ferry terminal and the shuttle bus is very comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. The room is well prepared and the hotel... More

We are no stranger to Macau esp to the Cotai Strip hotels which usually stuffed with noisy mainland Chinese tourists. So if you want to find something luxurous but a little bit higher above the rest, this hotel should be it. The receiption staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was richly decorated although I have to say for... More

I was surprised by the warmth when I went to the concierge. I was greeted by the people with warmth. The concierge walked me to the room and explained the amenities. The room/suite was gorgeous, which a bathtub, shower, and 2 stalls. Even bath salts are included. The slippers are extra comfy. My only complaint is that the internet limits... More

I stayed at the Four Seasons for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) as a mini-vacation getaway from Hong Kong with my husband and toddler child. I've stayed at several Four Season hotels around Asia (you can see my other reviews) and this was definitely my best experience by far. The attention to detail and high level of service makes this... What I appreciate about Four Seasons Macau is its quietness (a hard-to-get feature among Macau hotels), as well as the service and their attention to details shown on both the facilities and people. Comparing to other new 5-star hotels in Macau, Four Seasons is a tiny hotel in terms of size at the general area and inside the room. Nothing... More

Macau, for the uninitiated, is a crowded and busy place. The Cotai strip in particular is noisy, garish, and loud to the ears and eyes. The 4 Seasons Macau is simply a lovely place to return to at the end of the day. From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel transported to a calmer and peaceful world away... More

My husband and I travelled with our toddler for the first time. We chose the Four Seasons as it is ranked as the No. 1 Macau hotel for children on TripAdvisor. Upon arriving at the Macau Ferry Terminal, we learned that the Four Seasons only operates a hotel shuttle from the Cotai Pier. There were no enough taxis, so we... More
