This is a lovely hotel, very elegant indeed and the staff are fabulous, we were treated like royalty, we enjoyed the spa, swimming pool, fitness, all in very good condition. On arrival Merci sent a car to pick us up from the new bus terminal, checked in took place in our room, we went out for coffee and on return Merci had set out a beautiful table, a lovely cake, champagne and beautiful flowers for my daughter who has just completed her Masters. what a wonderful surprise which was really appreciated by us, thank you so much Merci. I would recommend Four Seasons Hotel, Macau without hesitation.

This is my first report of four seasons Macau. Very impressive for the service provided when check in. Room is very tidy and clean. It’s spacious too. Overall it’s a really great and comfortable stay. But one thing to note is there wasn’t any line up for queue in front of the concierge when check out that made me confusing.

My first time to have such ad hoc holiday getaway. Booked at 10am HK time then took the cotai jet at 1230pm. Stayed there for 2 nights during the weekdays. Booked through the official Four Seasons website. Got a special Stay & Play package including accomodation, breakfast, Hkd$300 per night on F&B credits, Hkd$300 gambling credits and two return Cotai jet tickets from Macau to HK. The package price was attractive, probably cheaper than most online hotel webs or travel agents. So please check out the official four seasons website. Room: Stayed at the most basic room. Decor appeared dated while room interior remained well kept and clean. Had welcome snacks eg bite-size almond cookies and a small bottle of rum. Bathroom: Spacious with 2 sinks, bathtub, rainshower area and separate toilet area. Amenities are of good quality brand Natura Bisse. Breakfast at Belcancao: Standard 5-star hotel buffet style food of good wuality. Had freshly squeezed juices. Got newspapers there. One minor point was that waiters were way too intrusive. They kept coming to table to take away the plates when there was still food or when I was in the middle of a conversation. Maybe it’s bacause I went there at weekdays and the restaurant was quiet with few customers. The staff had good intentions but it felt like they were too attentive and bending over backwards to work too hard while making customers uneasy. Zi Yat Heen Chinese restuarant: Went there for dinner. Didnt book a table prior so got placed near the doorway. It was alright but there were constantly several tiny bugs flying around. And I actually squished one out! Again waitresses were too eager to keep changing your plates at the wrong time. Asked for extra XO sauce for the noodle I ordered. However got charged Hkd$60 or sth but wasnt informed beforehand. Food was of large portion but too salty to my liking. The dinner dishes (roast chicken, pork rib stew, fried beef and several appetizers) were average only considering the price. I didnt try dimsum during dinner time. I guess if anyone really wanna dine at this Michelin restuarant, go there for lunch and stay with dimsum menu. Gym: Modern and clean. But machines seem to be placed too crowded together. Spa: Didnt join any spa service and they still let me just the facilities. Has a hugh jacuzzi pool, good steam room and sauna room. Loved the tranquility in the area.

The four seasons Macau is the worst in the world. The TV is not working for 3 days and the room is unclean. The room is very very old and has a bad smell and odour. The staff and the reception are very rude!
