My partner and I stayed at Four Seasons Macau for 21 nights in May 2016. The staff are out of this world in so many ways. I feel like I can write a very good review as to our experience at this hotel. Arrival - When we arrived we were taken care of from our first step out of the...

This week our sales management team had a two day meeting at this property. The transportation from ferry terminal, check in process, rooms, meeting rooms, breakfasts and lunches were all great. Service was attentive but not intrusive. No drama with audio visual or IT as I have often experienced. They met every requirement and even anticipated what our needs before...

We stayed for one night at the end of October and were rather disappointed. The hotel has nice common parts, which are not as gaudy as those in many Macau hotels, and a pleasant pool and garden area. We had the most basic room which was large but rather tired and nothing special. The bathroom did not seem luxurious as...

Had a great evening at the four seasons being pampered. Amazing signature massage and great facilities including jacuzzi, steam and relaxation rooms. Our therapists Gift and Paula were wonderful and gave us great tips on visiting Macau, they should be commended for their hospitality! They team knew that it was my birthday and even organised a small gift for me...

Our room was one of the best rooms we've ever had in a hotel. It was large, comfortable, and quiet. We were treated like royalty. Of course, maybe because we were the only caucasians we saw, they greeted us by name whenever we walked in the front door. Room service was quick, and the laundry was done quickly as well....

I stay in many hotels in Macau. Four Seasons is the most luxury experiences. As the area of the hotel is not crowded. You will feel more comfortable and private. Very good location and high class shuttle transfer. The Lobby is really pretty. Reception and bellmen are very friendly. We were there to celebrate my husband birthday, staff was recognised....

This bar is famous for its wine tasting Fridays but was set up for Halloween...never mind, we sat in a corner and had a perfectly chilled bottle of Champagne, served in chilled glasses...wonderful! The snacks buffet is generous and some time during the evening we were served small slices of hot pizza, beef skewers and spring rolls, all included in...

The hotel staff catered extremely well to our family's needs throughout our stay. Our rooms had been set up with every imaginable convenience and amenity for the baby and the kids. The front of house staff here including rooms division and F&B continue to go beyond expectations thru and thru over the last 8 years. The servers at Zi Yat Heen are first class and the front line at Belcancao are attentive and genuinely eager to please. Spa team member AMBER is world class.

Each table has enough space to let you feel not crowded, so we talked comfortable and don't need to be disturbed by the other customers. All decoration from facility to food are well, just like you are enjoying a art. Quiet space with delicious pastry, no regrets.
