La gente del Combate Beach Resort hacen la diferencia! Bien buena gente, mucha ayuda para encontrar que hay en los alrededores, y bien organizados en cuanto a mantener las areas con distanciamiento social. Bien limpio, cuartos comodos, y playa ahi mismiso! Ya lo tenemos guardados para la proxima :) Super happy with my stay at this spot! Had a great time with my family and the staff was super nice. Room was comfortable, we got lots of recommendations for what to do nearby, and the beach was steps away! I already have this place saved to return with more family next time :)
Amazing service 😍 Love this place! I highly recommended. The service was spectacular , reception and the personal of the breakfast are extraordinary. I want to recognize Johana who since my first call for the reservation and the day that I need some beers for the beach she take care of me and my husband. Thank you and Mucho Exito
I travel to the area quite often and normally stay with family. This time around I came down with several friends to show them this beautiful part of the island, and staying with family was not an option. I visited the hotel on a prior trip and decided to stay there for this trip since I was looking for a place in Combate with amenities...like a pool and lounging area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They give you more of a B&B vibe than a hotel. Room was clean and AC kept room cold (though if you were on the bed below the unit, you need to adjust the airflow else you wake up with a stiff neck). The grounds were well maintained and the pool was nice. We were there in Jan. 2020, after some earthquakes hit the southern part of the island, so there were very few guests, and we had the pool and gazebo area pretty much to ourselves. The only negative is if you are a breakfast person, you will be disappointed with the included continental breakfast. For me it was fine, but you can go a la carte which we found to be reasonably priced. Combate beach behind the hotel is very nice, but definitely drive out to La Playuela, near the Lighthouse. One of the best beaches in the area, and maybe on the island. There is also a trail by the hotel that goes around the Salinas. Its 5 miles one way, if you like to run. You just have to be mindful of the cyclists (I think the hotel also has bikes). If you are a fan of the area, and prefer a hotel (vs. the local room rentals, with no amenities), you can't go wrong staying here.…
We were presently surprised by the beautiful beach and water just a few yards from the resort. The beach was deserted was only a few people. Resort was clean and the staff is very friendly. The pool area was also very well maintained
This hotel was a wonderful antidote to a NYC winter. The beach is a beautiful short private walk away. The swimming is magnificent. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. The hotel room had a porch where we could sit and enjoy the beach breezes. Every morning the staff greeted us and we ate breakfast with delicious coffee.
