Wonderful hotel with amazing personal, a rare case when you meet true hospitality and hospitality mind personal. Our son was very happy during the vacation, enjoyed the swimming pool, dining, the view, and when you have a happy kid, your vacation becomes perfect.
We had a really nice stay at Solea. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and even when you check in you become relax. Great indoor/outdoor pool and really nice spa facilities. Also when you have to do a little bit of work the internet is fine!
We came as 3 couples for a few days skiing. This hotel is brilliant. The staff are all fantastic. The receptionists are smiling when you arrive. Friendly. Helpful. This is not always the case in hotels! The guys at the bar make great cocktails. With a lot of style. The restaurant staff are efficient. Friendly. Hard working. The chefs are amazing. The paired wines are fabulous. The food is fantastic. The rooms are lovely. Housekeeping is great. Drinks in the rooms. My friend wanted clothes ironing and they were taken away and ironed. The spa is great. Pool fantastic and beautiful views. The location is great and the ski bus stop is nearby. I really can’t say anything bad about this hotel. Well done Team Solea. You deserve every compliment.
The experience was so good that made us leave with the regret of not having spent more nights at the hotel. Fantastic people, extremely relaxing spa area and an unreal selection of delicious food. Highly recommend for a weekend retreat to restore the energy…and simply relax!
The hotel is at a great location on the mountain. Our recommendation would be to go by car - there is parking on site. However you can go to Trento by train and then you can take the public bus to get to the hotel as well. The staff were extremely helpful. We got an upgraded room (junior suite) which was awsome. The spa facilities were some of the best spa facilities we've been to. There were extra activities (yoga, forest walks, wine tastings) offered by the hotel for free. There is also a bus going to the nearest ski lift - paid by the hotel. The treatment and hospitality were amazing. Drinks and food were inclusive so you didnt have to worry about that. As the title says - best experience we've had until now. We will be definitely going again! Thank you!
A gem of a hotel, everything was simply perfect - room, food, spa, pool area. A special shout out to all the staff (receptionists, waiters, SPA personnel) - who were invariably professional, amazingly kind, and genuinely courteous, and went the extra mile to attend to all our needs with a smile (which makes all the difference when traveling abroad with a small child). We will be back and cannot recommend it enough.
Excellent hotel, big rooms with perfect services, clean, helpful staff ! Every day high level dining culture. The ski resort is less than 2 km from the hotel, free parking and free places at 10,00 am.
Beautiful and trendy design with nice background music in common areas, incredible, friendly staff (definitely one the first noticeable and most enjoyed aspects of our trip - they really stand out), my first-ever wine-buffet (which was fantastic), nice wellness facilities and comfortable room. Hope to return soon!
Very nice and pleasant stay. Room, hotel, restaurant and lobby looked very stylish. Great cocktails at the bar and great wine selection for dinner. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the stay.
My husband and I came here for 2 nights in October. The design is very modern and cozy. The staff is extensive friendly and helpful. As soon as we came in we were offered a drink and then a staff member escorted us to our room. We took the 1001 nights suite which is a beautiful room with a private garden, a big swing in the middle of the room, a very big walk in closet and an enormous bathroom with a jacuzzi bath for two. The room is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation including bathrobes, slippers and even a pool bag with pool towels inside. The room is absolutely amazing. The hotel offers a full board with a rich breakfast buffet, light lunch buffet and an a-la-carte dinner in the hotel' restaurant. besides that, the bar is open and all drinks are inclusive, including alcohol, wine and cocktails. The hotel offers some activities for the guests such as grappa tasting and walking tours. We took the tour with a local guide who took us for a 2.5 hours walk in the beautiful village and forests surrounding the hotel. It was so beautiful and refreshing. The spa has an indoor and outdoor heated pool with a built in jacuzzi, 5 different saunas and of course massage treatments. Overall our experience has been an amazing one and we will definitely recommend this hotel. …
