For the money, don't bother with this place. It's quite dated. The rooms are tiny and not air conditioned so our room was incredibly hot. When we opened the sliding glass door for air, we were greeted by clouds of cigarette smoke from our very loud neighbors in the room next door. Parking is completely inadequate and not reserved in... excellent customer service but the rooms were just not up to par or worth the money spent. Bugs everywhere, no air conditioning and we could hear people partying until 6am right outside our door. Did not sleep both nights we were there. Customer Service was exceptional...just need to match it up to quality of rooms.

For $700 a night in a tent... It better be amazing! But no air con on a hot summer day made it a sweat lodge...it is a beautiful location just over priced in my opinion. Staff was excellent though, especially Aaron... He was great!

The view is absolutely beautiful, however mny disappointing aspects to our stay. We stayed in the main lodge, which is quite old. When we booked over the phone, we were advised our 2 bedroom suite would have 1 king bed and 2 twins, however upon arrival we discovered it was 1 queen bed and 2 twins. We were not advised... More

How often do you get to lie in bed and get an uninterrupted view of the sea? The reviews for the resort are mixed but they split along the fantastic for the tent suites to the less good for other rooms. We stayed as a couple in tent suite 63: yes it is expensive but it is a unique experience.... More

I live in Vancouver and decided to go to a local resort to enjoy the beauty of British Columbia. I chose Rockwater Secret Cove Resort because it was unique, romantic, and tucked away in privacy. I rented a luxury tent house for my wife and I, upgraded to a oceanview room (highly recommend), and was so pleased with the decision.... More

The pool area was awful. No one could use it. The pool was green with algae and the flowers were dead in the pots. The lodge needs upgrading. The staff was great and the food and beds were fantastic! The tent area is where i would book to stay.

Rockwater's website tells you to 'enjoy the most romantic resort on the coast' which is why my husband booked a night there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I think we'd have had more romance had we stayed in a Holiday Inn. We checked in (with no acknowledgement that it was our anniversary), looking forward to relaxing by the pool. Only... More

We enjoyed our stay. The view, the fresh air, the animal life and activity around the tent! My partner especially enjoyed the mattress and pillows and we slept like on cloud 9! We will return! The weather was ok, warm, not too much sun, so we could sit on the deck and have dinner there. Also, we had a short... More

we recently stayed here for 3 nights as we were attending a wedding at the resort. the first two nights we stayed in the main lodge and while the rooms were reasonably priced, they needed updating. the furniture was a hodgepodge of styles and some of it looked like it needed to be replaced. the suite we had was a...
