My wife & I visited the Gili Islands and stayed over at Vila Ombak on Gili T. The facilities were all amazing. Close to the strip but without the hustle & bustle of it. 2 pools, one located at the front near the beach and one quiet pool in the back. Bike rental service. A restaurant offering a BBQ buffet dinner at the beach. Not to forget the friendly & helptul staff. We defenitely recommend staying here when visiting the Gili’s !

For our visit to the Gili Islands this May we stayed over at Vila Ombak & oh we had such a wonderful time. Close to the strip & harbour but without the hustle & bustle of it the location of the hotel is perfect for those looking for a more relaxed stay at Gili T. Our room was a cute cabin which gave us the ultimate island experience. There were 2 pools, one in the front & one in the back which was more quiet. And of course there is the beach. The hotel also offers a bike rental service which we highly recommend using. As the island isn’t so big you can easily discover it by bike and this allows you to look around and discover many cute spots to stop along, The breakfast was well taken care of & the food at the buffet restaurant at the beach was just incredible. Excelent hotel and very good spa. Near to the beach. Nice swiming pool. Excepcionel people. Rent electric bike at the hotel door. And rent boat to see the turtles and fishes. Good snorkling. Near to the boarding boats.

First time we came to Gili Trawangan was 10 years ago and stayed at Ombak Sunset. This time we tried Vila Ombak. Came with private boat and arrived at their jetty. Perfect for location, right at the central of Gili Trawangan. Enjoyed the pool especially the Happy Hours from 4pm - 7pm. Bartender keep ensuring we enjoyed our cocktails and did put extra shots everytime we ordered as we like it stronger. In term of breakfast, could add more varieties. Bit hard to enjoy the beach as for so many boats were docked around the area.

The hotel is in a great location on Gili T. It is within walking distance to the harbour (no cars) and is just about in the hustle and bustle but on the quieter side. We had the deluxe terrace room which was very spacious but quite basic. The hut style rooms looked very small from outside. The hotel offers two pools, swim up bar, beach area, bike rentals and a spa. The beach bbq was a nice offer. The breakfast lets the hotel down slightly. The offering is very simple with not much choice and most days by 9:30 there was not much food left.

From the moment you disembark off the boat Villa Ombark staff are there to assist. Perfectly located with great facilities in the picturesque property. Nadi Goreng and lemon grass mojitos is a must try. Table service on the beach. Night bbq on the beach with some traditional fire dancing display.

Beautiful resort in a great location. We stayed at the Traditional Lumbung Hut,a beautiful room with bedroom on the second level and open air bathroom on the ground floor. The room is steps away from a swimming pool and a hotel restaurant. Highly recommended if looking for unique tropical experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and overall the resort is clean and well maintained.

The room is big and clean. I’m actually not expecting perfection after pandemic. In post pandemic yes still there are wall out side need to repaint but in general in good condition. Room especially is very clean,bed is very comfortable,Ac work well and we love the breakfast and the dinner buffet.
