Really special place with unique vibe.
The Rabbit Tree is unlike any other hostel you've ever been to. From the decor to the vibe, it's a pocket in another dimension and it's a lot of fun to visit. Each room has a different theme, from Grandmother's room (with floral wallpaper and a tea set) to the bola bola (ballpit). Delicious pancakes are served for breakfast each morning. There are a couple of places to relax and hang out and the vibe is super-friendly. Volunteers arrange activities every day, from treasure-hunts to snorkelling. Dinner is organised as a group a few evenings a week. You certainly don't feel lonely, although you can take time to yourself if you like. I highly recommend it. It's also clean, environmentally friendly.

Unique place with the greatest vibe!
Being a solo traveler it was a great decision to choose this mind blowing place where the vibe is just as good as the staff. If you are looking for a place to share time with other travelers and local people(staff) is your place. The rabbit tree hostel which is nestled in Gili Meno, called the hooneymoon island, is way more than this. You can only feel it if you dare to come and check this out. You will not regret it!

    Great stay!!
The staff is fantastic, the place is like a game that you play with no end, and the people coming there are essentially nice vibe backpackers. I could work there with my pc and get into my own "bubble" when I needed to , while people downstairs would play games and play music. Really cool experience, feels like home! There should be more places like this on Earth!

The hostel is a great place to meet new people as there’s plenty of ‘organised fun’ on everyday as well as a good social atmosphere around the hostel. The breakfast is also amazing with the Creaps being fabulous (very clear the French own how shown them how to make them the right way). We’re it falls short is the lake of water pressure and hot water as well as the speaks blasting Islamic prays from 4:45am just next door. The paper thin walls block out little to know sound. There is also no ‘quite time’ so your quality of sleep with be poor if your a light sleeper. I’d definitely recommend bring earplugs.

This place is of a new kind. It just blown my mind by its architecture and the thousands of ideas behind its creation. If you happen to pass by the gilis, you have to go there before it gets too famous.

Best hostel I have ever been! The atmosphere in this place is amazing. Sebastián, the owner of the place is extremely friendly and very much engaged with the guests. The place, including showers and toilets, is very clean and looks amazing. The theme rooms are really something else.

When you are travelling alone then this is the place for you to stay. In there you are never alone and end up leaving with so many new friends in your heart. There is always something to do and you learn a lot about the island life in there. Also they had one of the comfiest bed with extra soft bedsheets. Crepes for breakfast were also tasty and homey. A fun place with a lot of activities and cool people. We ended up staying just for one night, but would have definitely stayed more if our plans would have been different.

Stayed in the Passion Room with my girlfriend and it was a nice room, though we didn't spend much time in it. That's because the common spaces at rabbit tree are super relaxing and always have really nice friendly people to hang out with. Gili Meno can be pretty remote, so it was amazing to find a place that immediately feels like a family with lots of shared meals and outings every day. Favorite part about this place were all the hidden nooks to go to if you want to be by yourself to read/write/nap or whatever. This place is a work of art and has the friendliest and chillest atmosphere of any hostel I've ever been to, great for couple but perfect for solo travelers!
