Lovely location with the most amazing views! All the staff went above and beyond to give me an amazing 40th birthday! We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived to the minute of our departure! Would recommend this lovely hotel

Crap hotel. First holiday since Covid and thought it was okay but just been on my 2nd holiday and the service here is like night and day. Brilliant hotel is bad. First 2 days we had no towels and kept asking for them. We ran out of toilet roll and they took a day or two to replace. I tried to pay my hotel tax so went to reception but the old little lady was on the phone for 15-20 mins and didn’t even acknowledge me so I kept waiting just to make a point. Didn’t even make eye contact the whole time. Food made my belly bloat and I fell sick for one day. Very low quality food. Hardly any facilties! I am staying at servsture wakiki in Gran caneria and it is so much better. There is large pool, jacuzzi, massage center. Snooker and pool tables. Ping pong. Arcades. Cinema. Helpful receptionists and staff. Our bed and room get made every night. At brilliant they didn’t. Was really whenever they could be bothered. Some dodgy advertising too, if you are looking at corfu and see Porto Demo Boutique Hotel, don’t be fooled. It is the same hotel! They are literally back to back and you can walk into each others hotel and swimming pool arrea. Not a great holiday experience all in all. Avoid

We had to ask for cups, coffee, sugar & milk for our room. The milk was not provided. We had to bring that ourselves from the restaurant in a glass. Our coffee cups were not replaced in the room. They were just left dirty. Ditto the glasses. The room cleaning was poor. Our room was completely missed circa 5 times. On one occasion we had 2 consecutive days of no service. Not great when you have to put your toilet paper in a bin. The W/C seat was loose. It was never fixed despite being reported on our first morning. The shower in our room was extremely weak. On 2 occasions the bottom sheet to our bed was too small, exposing the mattress that other guests had slept on. There was no mattress protector. The ashtray (used only on the balcony) was never emptied, except by us. The wardrobe was very small & the room generally not "deluxe" by any stretch of the imagination. Many of the sunbeds were broken in that they could only be angled in one or 2 positions. The swimming pool cleaning was poor. There was often dirt at the bottom of the pools & the glass balustrade around the pools was always dirty. The food was OK, but pretty basic, with limited choice & lots of repetition from one day to another. Decaf coffee was not an option, so we bought our own. There was a tremendous waste of single us plastic cups for drinks at the pool bar. The cups were exceptionally flimsy, but could have been re-used. Several times when we took the cups up to be re-used, they were thrown in the bin. We understand not wanting glass in the vicinity of the pool, but better quality, reusable glasses is a much better option. The evening entertainment was poor on the whole. On the positive side, the staff (other than the miserable housekeeping team) were friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel were lovely, the bed was comfortable & there was no noise at night, so we got a good night's sleep. The free Wi-Fi was OK. This place is not a 4 star hotel.

We arrived here with high hopes, reviews were mixed, but aren't most reviews! We got here at 12.30pm check in at 3pm, not a problem, we checked in, filled in paperwork and we're told our room wasn't ready, not a problem, we were told by the lady receptionist to go amd get lunch? No direction offered as to where lunch was, just left too it. We found a lovely restaurant on the beach for lunch We booked a junior suite with the river pool, nobody advised the pool is completely in the shade until 5pm, water is freezing and also filthy, dpnt waste the extra money booking these rooms! We booked with on the beach where it stated the hotel was not suitable for people with mobility issues, well, you have to climb Mount everest on slippery steps to even think about a drink or food, we have been spending money in the local supermarket to buy our own drinks through the day, if you are brave enough to climb the hundreds of slippery steps to the pool bar, you will be greated by a strong smell of poo and a self service bar, with tiny plastic disposable glasses, a couple of mouthfuls if you are lucky! We have been eating out every evening as the dining room is full to the brim no where to sit and eat at dinner time, again drinks self service, but at least you are allowed a glass with your food Lunch menu is bland, lots of salad and a number of other dishes the majority of which are not labelled, so you have no clue what you are eating! And God forbid you ask for a glass if they are not placed on the side, assuming the restaurant manager will shout at you that's its not 12.30 yet, therfore no you can't have a glass A Russian rep also received his wrath as she dare help herself to some food, she left her food and walked out The rooms are dated, it was clean on arrival, and so far only cleaned once since, so day 3 and still no sign of a cleaner, receptionist not very helpful when a complaint made, she will talk to house keeping, while I sit here with no toilet roll or clean towels! Wasps nests above some of the outside lights on balcony The toilet constantly running all night long, so it won't flush until the morning, apparently nothing can be done about this, it is what it is The bottom pool, has a bin which isn't emptied everyday, as people bring their own cans of pops there are lots of wasps A water cooler with no water A telly which does not work The positives, the view from the room is amazing The pool always has sunbeds no matter what time you get there Maintenance issues fixed ASAP Gentleman receptionist very helpful It's in a great location, albeit set in the side of a mountain so it is on a steep hill North georgios agios is a lovely sleepy town, highly recommend the place just not this hotel. I think I have very generous giving the review 3 stars, we won't be coming back here!

in July I had the unpleasantness to spend 10 days in this hotel - the hotel, despite positive reviews, turned out to be a great tragedy: no water for 3 days, no electricity, rooms not cleaned, coffee set never had coffee, wifi was practical not available and the TV was not working. Additionally, for a few days we had broken shower. If somebody want to go there please choose other option becuase you will have not good vacation there.

Stayed for 7 nights, 6 ladies celebrating 60th birthdays. 2 of our 3 rooms were lovely. 3rd room very dated, wrong size sink in vanity unit, leaking sink, sockets hanging off wall and shower that wouldn't drain away. This was advertised as gastronomic experience, 4.5 stars, it was not, basic food adequately cooked but very repetitive. Also not mentioned in the blurb when we booked was the amount of steps. 49 from reception to restaurant. Further 40 to our rooms, then another 20 to the pool. There are only 3 rungs on the steps into the pool, so those with limited mobility had difficulty getting back out. There are no lifts. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach which is down a steep hill. It did have great views. The entertainment was a disco, and a singer. However the staff were lovely with exception of 1 very grumpy young man.

Location is fine and rooms are ok with good views of the sea…..BUT food was awful, no imagination just the old stuff everyday. The owner should be ashamed of himself just collecting the money and not giving a dam!! The poor staff had to take all the flack from customers . They did not have our room available!!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone of any age or young couples to start the food was cold every time you got to the restaurant you had plastic cups and cutlery for a 4* hotel I thought it was pretty rubbish there was mosquitoes living on our roof in the bed room we wasn’t even on the hotel complex we was down the road so had to walk to get food from the restaurant which was right at the top lots of stairs to get there not very suitable for disable people as no access. I thought the hotel was very poor they didn’t do take away lunch if u was going out for the day and if you wanted bottle of water it was €1.00 for all inclusive you should get all of that included. I would stay as far away from this hotel as possible.
