Time just passes by, forget your PC, social media all you need to worry about is when you have your next glass of wine, beer, cocktail or coffee, the peacefulness is almost mind Blowing. The rooms are simple and sufficient, clean and with an ample bathroom, there is a net over the bed as the hotel overlooks a castle with...

Having read earlier reviews there is little to add. Kuursaal is a guesthouse of about ten rooms in an old building that accommodates also the KuKuu restaurant. The building is located in the castle park only five minutes walk away from the city centre or the marina. The room was more confortable than you'd expect to find in a guesthouse....

We were surprised to find our hotel in middle of the park. Beautiful surrounds and view of the Old castle also. The room itself had a really nice vibe....most pleasant to rest within. Only missing thing is ability to make own cup of tea or coffee, but this seems has been same in other hotels in Baltics states to date....

Charming guesthouse with minimal but personal design. It was nice to experience the historical senses of the building. The room was very clean and tidy. The personnel was very helpful. We got the linning for our kid travel bed for free and without asking :) The breakfast was good and plenty. The restaurant itself is a great value of the...

Spent 2 nights in hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Lovely room and very nice staff. Breakfast very tasty and they also kindly agreed to make some additional changes for us (breakfast is served, not buffet). Also liked food and menu in hotel's restaurant.

The place is wonderful. VERY nice people and a great location. The castle nearby is a very interesting place to visit. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Only minus: the room is not dark enough in the early morning hours.

Had a two night stay in this historic and magic Kuursaal. Best location in Kuressaare, most kind and helpful staff. Pets are allowed and there is playground for kids. Last but not least the breakfast is the best, don't miss it! Estonians know what good breakfast means.

Stayed there for one night - room was nice and clean, not too spacious but cosy. Were not planning to stay longer but ended up coming back the next night. Room was different but still really sweet and cosy. A tasty breakfast is also included in price!

The room was comfortable and quiet, the service pleasant and the setting opposite the castle fabulous. Take afternoon tea and delicious cake on the terrace to feel like you have stepped into another era. This hotel was built during the tsars' time and feels a little like a mini summer palace.
