Overall, our experience was rather dissappointing. First off, the food and the bedroom were both great. No noise, no issues what so ever with the room itself. However. This is not a spa, not by a long shot. It hosts only a single 25m long pool, a jacuzzi which is always overcrowded by the parents and a huge waterslide which is always full of their children. I understand that a real spa would require considerable new construction work but they really should not advertise this place as a spa as it is right now. All in all, a good place to stop at with the family but not for a relaxing afternoon at the spa because we definitely did not relax at the spa area.
There were 2 small beds pulled together but i think maybe we didn't request 1 big bed. The spa sauna was in a dark coridor and the door was closed, very weird. We got locked out of the pool when we went to search for the sauna that the signs were leading to.
It would be even better if there was air conditioning, it was very hot to sleep. A big plus is that you can go to the pool as much as you want and at the exit there are disposable takans and a decanter with citrus water. Breakfast is generally gorgeous
Trip to GuestJoy was good and enjoyable, but floors were dirty. That's why cleanliness got a lower score. Overall service was good, rooms were also nice and no other complaints. I came there with my husband and we both enjoyed it.
Visited SPA Hotel Rüütli in mid-June for one night in order to attend a graduation ceremony in Kuressaare. I found a great deal in internet: 54 € for one night in twin room with two-course dinner, breakfast and free access to the pools. Room was good, with balcony. Breakfast was buffet-style, quite reasonable selection of food and drinks. The location of the hotel is wonderful, just across the road is sea, castle park, Kuressaare Kuursaal and Castle.
