Stayed with mum and sister, initially allocated a floor on top floor, walking into the room, it felt as I’m staying in a Finnish sauna instead of a hotel room.
When inquiring for a fan, none available. After some time, luckily they found a room on the ground floor which was just about bearable. (Another party had the same issue, but with their meeting room for a conference the following day)

The lady in reception on the next morning treated me like I was a nuisance and rolled eyes when asking for an extra bed to be set up (confirmed prior to arrival).
Last morning asked for ice from restaurant, got questioned where I’m taking it to and why I need it.
The only good things about the hotel are the complimentary breakfast selection and the spa facilities (although, they could man the bar and clean up the towels/glasses when inconsiderate people leave them)

Overall, would visit the spa again but would definitely not stay in the hotel again.

Room Tip: Avoid summer month booking, alternatively already request a room on the ground floor and a fan...

The hotel is now called ASA. I liked the hotel and spa center. Breakfast buffet. Delicious and varied. The rooms are good, there is enough space for two. There is no kettle or refrigerator. The pillows are small, one per person. The beds themselves are comfortable.
The floors in the spa area are quite slippery; you can only walk safely on the dark blue floor. The water in the pool smells of chlorine, but not critically.
But the hotel is warm, the water is hot and the surroundings are very beautiful.
PS. The hotel offers lunch and dinner. The selection is limited, but the prices are reasonable.

Good family room (Two 2-bed rooms joined by door). Not the newest, but clean.
Lots of different things to do for small and big ones - gym, squash, nice playroom, swimming pool with waterslides etc. Board games rent. Cheap family hairdresser. Buffet dinner with reasonable price :) Staff was really family-friendly, brought milk to children from kitchen even if wasn't out publicly.
Main disadvantage is that they have only regular sauna in water park. Would be nice to have at least steam sauna.

Presidential Suite: second floor on a noisy road even late in the evening. Furniture - like from the trash heap. Hard pillows. The suite was not prepared for receiving guests. А huge number of large spiders everywhere (except bathroom). Dead spiders on the floors. Dust layer under the bed. Shared balcony for the whole floor, incredibly dirty. No balcony table. No air conditioning. The antediluvian fan near the entrance to suite workes like a tractor and do not cool the air. There are 2 small coffee cups and 2 glasses for red wine in the kitchen room, no water glases and no plates. The refrigerator does not have a freezer door. No bottled water. Some used capsules were in the capsule coffee machine. It is very stuffy in sunny weather, curtains do not protect from the sun. Breakfast is poor, rotten oranges, terrible сoffee. SPA is more or less good.We had to spend one night there, then were lucky to move to a nearby hotel MERI (Commodore Suite). That was quite different. But we had to walk across the street to the SPA in the hotel Ruutli.

It would be even better if there was air conditioning, it was very hot to sleep. A big plus is that you can go to the pool as much as you want and at the exit there are disposable takans and a decanter with citrus water. Breakfast is generally gorgeous

Came to the hotel with an open mind. When the night peace begun a commotion started. Young adults banging with doors and being loud. Sounded like next door neighbors. Hotel could’ve planned visitors differently (over one room because I doubt the whole hotel is fully booked) or the building itself is poorly made. The other wall let through a noisy tv sound. Could’ve gotten way better sleep at home. Nothing romantical about this romantic couple’s offer.
The tv only has one channel and that’s ETV (mostly news for certain aged people).
The spa itself was poorly made but I was told that they’re planning to renew it during the summer ‘21. Sadly didn’t have anything to do in the spa other than sit 20 minutes in mildly pre-hot tub. It was warm enough. The tube ride was closed and the other parts of spa weren’t working. The long swimming pool was one of the few you could visit. There was a sauna in the washing room, I assume it was warming up.
Our stay also included a massage. Everything was fantastic about it and we can easily say that it was the best thing out of everything. Second to best was breakfast. Like a normal morning buffet.
Every worker that We met were really friendly and nothing bad to say about service.
Husband would’ve liked a carpet in the corridor, it really seemed to miss one from there and in front of the balcony which was letting some cold come in making the floor there tad bit too cold. The room was neatly done when entering.

The personnel was very helpful and friendly, the service at the restaurant was quick. The kids enjoyed the spa and gym a lot, the breakfast was ok also. The rooms were nice and clean. In overall we were happy with our short stay. The adults also had 1 hour classical massage that was of excellent quality! The hotel also situates in a good place for taking beatiful walks around - the Kuressaare center is right tere and the castle is just a few steps from the hotel. We used Chilli voucher that was really with good price, including spa (including gym) dinner and breakfast.

Very big hotel that looks a little run down from the outside. The room was a good size but it was baking hot. No fan in the room and with the window open it was a bit noisy. Great location though right next to the castle and a 5 minute walk into the city centre.
