Pure House is a very special place for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Everything is lovingly designed down to the last detail in a beautiful ibiza style in restrained earth tones. I travel a lot and have seen a lot, but this was really outstanding. Incredibly friendly staff and a very special service at 5* level in an absolutely relaxed atmosphere. Everything is easy to reach by car from there, but coming back is always like breathing a sigh of relief. You can spend a wonderful day by the pool (barefoot all day directly from your own terrace...) or use it as a starting point for various excursions. Many thanks, Sandra, for the great tips! the hotel is lovely. the staff are helpful. It is NOT a 5 star hotel, the rates do not reflect the level of ammenities and service expected for the price you pay. The internet was mostly terrible, in-fact almost not available which is not acceptable when you need to contact restaurants, scan for things to do on the island and do work etc. There is no option for beach towels. We were NOT allowed to borrow the pool towels to take to the beach. When you0 are travelling, you do not pack an extra towel to take to the beach for a day. Pool towels are lovely and I understand you don't want them ruined. Have a cheaper towel from Ikea for $10 that guests can borrow for the beach or charge for lost or ruined towels, but to not allow is rude. There is no turn down, welcome gift. little things that you get in 5 star hotels didn't come with this hotel. Taxis don't like to come here so you could wait hours. All that aside the staff were helpful and accomodating to other requests.

Regarding the internet, you were unlucky because our internet works very well with Starlink but this week we had troubles so we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We understand the importance of reliable internet access and we tried to solve it very quickly. We also compensated that trouble offering some drinks to you and all guests of the hotel to improve this aspect of our service. We appreciate your suggestion regarding beach towels. We will take it into consideration and explore more options in the future. We already sell very nice and affordable beach towels in our little boutique but it is true we could consider to offer even cheaper beach towels. As you may know we are not a beach club and provide what is supposed to be for our guests for the pool and your bedroom. Beach clubs in Ibiza usually provide you beach towels and umbrellas. We apologize for any disappointment caused by the lack of turn down service and welcome gift. We strive to provide a high level of service and amenities, and we will review our offerings to ensure that they align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Pure House is not a five star hotel with a lots of rooms but an exclusive place with a few rooms only and a strong service. We offered you some welcome drinks and few other drinks during your stay which apparently you appreciated. Our team is available for all your needs all day long if you ask for anything to plan and enjoy your stay (bookings, driver, taxi, massages...) Ibiza is complicated for taxis in August. It’s why we work also with local transportation providers to solve this issue and improve the accessibility of transportation for our guests. We inform our guests much in advance before their arrival during the high season the island face difficulties with this service however it is always ending well. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and we are glad to hear that our staff were helpful and accommodating to your other requests. The finca itself, the furnishing of the rooms, the tropical garden and the freshness of the food at breakfast were top and we can't say anything negative about that. I also appreciated the always freshly smelling towels in the bathroom, but what was really disappointing for us was the non-accommodating service of the hotel management.
The hotel has only five rooms and promotes the place heavily as a very quiet and exclusive place with much privacy. We had a room for two nights in the highest category and paid 437 EUR per night in the mid-season. Unfortunately the room was just in the middle of two other rooms. So you hear everything from your neighbours and a quiet night with restful sleep is not given! We had bad luck with some of our neighbours (a young british couple) who did not behave properly. They came back to the hotel at 5 am, spoke very loud, turned on music and so on for about two hours! They were obviously drunk. Please be aware that you can hear everything through these walls. It's true that you won't have many other guests in the hotel with only five rooms, but if you stay there with party people you have bad luck. The management spoke with the couple the next day, but they continued drinking alcohol in the afternoon at the pool and also broken wine glasses were carried out of their room. We asked for a change of room for the second night, because we just saw that another couple was leaving the hotel and their room was separated from the other rooms, but we couldn't change the room. It was said that it was reserved for other guests. Very strange, because when we booked the room at the end of september it was stated that there is a minimum stay of two nights and this second night was the very last night you could stay at the hotel because they finished their season the next day. Therefore we would have expected that we would have been treated with a drink or a small lunch for free or a reduction of the room price for this disturbance, but nothing happened. This is really disappointing and we got the impression that only money counts for them and guests who spend much money and behave badly receive preferential treatment.
It was also strange that when we arrived, we were told that on the day of departure (after leaving the room at noon) we would no longer be able to use the resort because they would be closing. This is not a warm welcome and gave us already a strange impression of the hotel. Get as much money out as possible by the end of the season and then guests should disappear as quickly as possible. This was the first and last stay for us at this hotel.

You had plenty of time to share with us your disappointment on what you had plenty of excuses from both sides...our part and the young engaged couple (your neighbours) which effectively were very happy to celebrate this moment for their stay in Ibiza. Maybe it was too much happiness for you but we have had some explanations with them and you too about the noise provoked one night. You agreed in front of us and accepted their excuses...even agreed to the fact to celebrate this special moment of happiness. PURE HOUSE Ibiza is mainly a place dedicated to calm and discreet guests...the last days of the season and the engagement excitement unfortunately made you experienced a noisy night. Again we are very sorry about that. That's why we are very offended about your comments and judgments. Concerning the request to switch room it was effectively impossible to satisfy you as the last two rooms (one night for each before our closing) were sold as you met the other guests during your stay. For the check out, as many hotels it is at noon and it is mentioned clearly in our conditions. Nevertheless, we let you enjoy the place until 1.30pm so we didn't feel pushing you out. We have organised your requests, your massages, tried to make your stay comfortable in many ways as we usually are with our guests. You even shared with us your satisfaction about these attentions. Really, after all the excuses and explanations from us and your neighbours, we might not deserve such a painful comment and it makes us think you were expecting only from us a discount...we are the first ones to offer plenty of drinks, attention or other things to make our guests satisfied... it is sad you felt the only reason for us it is to "still" your money! However, apparently your experience was not good with us despite your compliments in front of us. We loved everything about our stay and would love to return. It’s the most beautiful hotel, in the most beautiful setting. The design and attention to detail make it feel really special. It’s quiet and intimate and makes you immediately take a deep breath, and relax.

A unique oasis of calm until we all arrived to hold our daughters wedding here. Pure House is very private and hidden up a track 5 minutes out of town in a taxi. It’s an old finca which has been restored by French owner Caroline and run by her and her French manageress Caroline. Caroline the manageress is superb and nothing is too much trouble. The wedding and pool party was expertly organised by all the staff and one we will always remember fondly. The lovely Philipina staff at breakfast are delightful too and cooked us breakfast everyday. Thank you to all for some a memorable stay.

Dear Caroline (*2), Damian and Angelina, a very warm thank you for really making us feel at home in your lovely oasis of relaxed luxury. Each morning, the lovely walk through the garden to the breakfast lounge put a smile on our face. Breakfast was wonderful with great choices and fresh products. Tapas in the evening ( Angelina, we love your veggie roles) with some soft music in the background while looking over the fantastic (23m) pool and garden was always a relaxing unwinding of the day.
