This company(aka Hot Bikram Retreats) booked accommodations for attendees at the Hotel Nautico for May 2020. The retreat was cancelled because of Covid. The organizer Christiane Mueller, has refused to refund any of my fully paid (In Aug 2019)fees with the reason given on Sept 15/2020 that “ we are still waiting for the response from the hotel”. Is this true? Please advise what arrangements were made to recompense Free Spirit Yoga Retreats or any individuals who had paid for this Retreat. Thank you, Carolyn
Ideally situated in Ibiza Town, we had a room with a sea view. The hotel looks new, it is kept spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. There is a good choice of food for both breakfast and evening meal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel.
Beautiful hotel with beautiful views friendly staff and delicious food fantastic place to stay would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Book a room with a sea view. We had a 3 night stay half board for a great city break probably one of the best times ever thank you.
Visited here this weekend for three night stay.Over 100 euro per night half board for a solo traveler.Room very good. Pool very small ,really a pool for a quick cool off.Restaurant felt like being in a dungeon,nowhere to sit outside.But the food , don't know where to start.Cold not hot ,bad bad .Don't blame covid, basic food hygiene , we are guests still paying good money and still expect good standards.WILL NOT RETURN !!
:-) - location is great in front of the sea, 10 minutes walk into city center, the zone has recently been refurbished with less pricey restaurants in comparison to city center - reception staff is very friendly and helpful - cleaning of rooms works well - rooms are small, but have everything you need; beds are hard => which I personally like; however this depends on everyones preferences - nice pool area with chill music or alternatively without music - COVID-19: there is a lot of hand sanitizer available :-( - breakfast and restaurant incl. staff: - unfriendly - noisy working beahaviour => dishes and cutlery is handled loud and thrown into bins loudly - staff rushes through the breakfast room; constantly hectic behaviour - when they clean the tables they do it in a way that the bread crums fall on the chairs; but they do not clean the chairs at all (shiftleader have the same behaviour when working) - coffee is not good - breakfast variety does not change a lot, but in general the quality is OK - COVID-19: too many people at the time in breakfast room; it is not possible to keep social distance; badly ventilated; ADDITIONALLY: staff is constantly touching all cutlery from guests when cleaning up tables and when you stand up to get something from the buffet they will remove your used plate = > by doing so they will touch your cutlery and but not change it => there is a certain risk for infection; - employees, shiftleaders and hotel manager talk a lot about private topics in public; - hotel manager shouts at employees in public repeatedly; - pool area: empty drinks and plates are left there for hours; it seldomly looks clean - no cheap parking option In general in this hotel you do not have the impression that you are welcome as a guest; if this hotel would not be in the seafront they would most probably need to change their attitude and performance; nevertheless due to its location I would still go there for short stays, but not taking breakfast (=> there are many nice breakfast options close by at affordable prices with excellent coffee ; even with terraces)…
