Small rooms just like an IBIS HOTEL. Paid for a sea view room, but the view was more a garden view with a little of sea, do not pay more for sea view, you will not get that. Hairdryer was a joke! Bring yours! Also, it was full of hair. The pool is ok. An average hotel that cost 200 euros plus, not worth it.
Amazing location and property! I loved all the staff and the food! Even though I visited the property during the Covid period, I always felt safe thanks to all the precautions taken by the hotel and the staff! I will definitely come back!
We wanted a hotel with great facilities, sea view, large attractive pool and the have the opportunity to walk into Ibiza Town if we chose to. This hotel ticks all the boxes and some, it was a wonderful stay made all the better for the amazing staff. We were upgraded to the most amazing suite which added to the experience further.
Los Molinos is very well located on the coast. The sea view rooms have a lovely view of the coast. Aviation Geeks can see planes take off and land all day. Pros: 1. Location - the hotel is well located and a short 15 minute walk into the old town of Eivissa. But still away from the crowds. 2. Access to Beach: the hotel is a close walk from a beach. It's not the best beach onnthe island but great for a walk on the promenade or a quick dip in the sea. 3. Breakfast: The hotel s breakfast is adequate and the staff takes care of the guests. 4. Lovely hotel grounds- Los Molinos is one of the few hotels with a large garden in Ibiza. It adds a lot of charm to this property. Cons: 1. Not good value for money 2. Room Size- the rooms are really small. It literally is a squeeze to get around the rooms. 3. Decor- the decor is more functional youth hostel than a luxury hotel. 4. Pool timings: the Pool is operational between 10 am and 7 pm. Surprising given that the weather in Ibiza allows the pool to be used for a longer duration. This was very odd. 5. Parking- the hotel offers a very tight and badly designed parking across the road. It's alright for smaller cars but a task for slightly larger ones. But then again, atleast they provide a safe parking. Overall, I do not think this hotel is great value for money. One expects a lot more luxury when you pay €300 a night. The hotel is basic and the breakfast and location are good. …
It started well only during the checking; however, when the staff give you a room with a noise and not working A/C, then telling you that everything is good with it because the technician says so (basically implying the problem is the guest not the warm room), offering a change to a smaller (but this one cooler) room with bad actitud, and closing the whole situation by telling you to leave instead of listening, take notes about the complain, and fix the AC for the next guests, are just examples of no empathy for the guest after long trips and not customer service actitud. Rooms and facilities are nice (although small beds). Besides the bad customer service, I think this hotel could have a lot of potential; nevertheless, are the little things the ones that matter the most.
