Nice hotel with all facilities for a comfortable stay. Large hotel and still attention for details. The room: very clean, and with the needed extras. Nice view over the harbour and marina. With the ferry you are in 29 minutes in the centre of Ibiza. We enjoyed it!!

We could easily hear conversations from adjacent rooms - peak season it will be very noisy. Also, do not leave anything on your bedside cabinet as it seems, from the hotel management, that the cleaners were only doing their job by removing what they perceived to be

Dear 473carolef, Thank you for taking the time in writing us a review. We strongly apologise to read that you encountered noisy neighbours and that you did not enjoy your stay with us. It saddens us that you were not able to experience our hospitality. Concerning your lost ring, as we explained with our Front Desk manager and as the General Manager informed you, we are deeply sorry for your lost ring. Our cleaning department was doing their job in cleaning your room and had no intentions to throw away any ring had they known it was inside a piece of tissue paper that looked like waste at first sight. As informed, the staff from the hotel looked throw out the whole hotel rubbish containers for you in order to go the extra mile and unfortunately no ring was found. We once again apologise and strongly recommend our customers to use the safe box deposit or if leaving items outside the safe box during cleaning process do not have them camouflaged between papers or bed sheets. Best regards, Ibiza Corso.

Dear Valer1eSt, Thank you for taking the time in writing us a review. First of all, our most sincere apologies for the inconveniences experienced since they are not in line at all with our services and hospitality. The room issues, we apologise for that and we will talk to maintenance about this situation in your room in particular. Concerning the Spa, during your stay the weather was unfortunately not very pleasant and therefore most of our guests decided to use the Spa during the whole day. As you correctly said, the spa is only for guests over 14 years old, however for those days we made few exceptions to guests who are staying with kids and asked politely if they could use it with them since the pool outside was not an option because of the weather. We apologise if this decision created an issue to you and your friends in the Spa. The red bull can, that is not acceptable and I am afraid that was a mistake in your room. We will talk to the bell boys who check the minibars to check them all again in search for any other possible can which should not be there. It also happens that providers send cans which are out of date, this comment will help us to take more time in checkin all cans at the moment of receiving them. Again, during the Spa because of its high occupancy some issues occurred during the days since unfortunately many guests do not treat the hotels property with respect. Once again we apologise for this series of unlucky events that pilled up together for your stay and we repeat this is not part of our hospitality. We hope we can get the chance sometime in the future to welcome you again and we will ask you to send us an email directly to us so we can offer you a better deal and a compensation. Best regards, Ibiza Corso.
