horrible, unclean deffo worst holiday and hotel I've stayed. My partner complained as out of 4 days we had no pool, yes due to a sandstorm but no efforts to clean it, rooms were not cleaned in the 4 days, everything covered in sand. No fresh bedding in the 4 days so skin was irriated by sand in the sheets, food from the previous day being served. Security thinks he's in death row, a lady we was sat with had bad knees could walk he wouldn't let her use the toilet near by which was the bar toilet it was 10.57pm the bar is meant to shut at 11pm. He didn't let her and she had to walk 200 steps to the next nearest toilet, in pain. Disgusting. No water and when we did have it it came out in dribbles and was freezing, managed to get a warm shower on our last day. The manager has basically said all of this was a lie, and hasn't had a complaint since our stay, well no wonder your hotel closed shortly after we left! And hopefully stays closed because your lack of empathy and understanding you have for you paying customers in your barely legal establishment is shocking. The bar staff were nice enough but that is the only good thing I can say. I was glad to be home.

We booked for a cheap week away in the sun and that’s what we got. We paid for a superior room that was clean and had a large balcony with a sea view. The rooms were kept very clean and the hotel was as well. The steps aren’t too bad and there are level accesses as well. The pools are lovely and lots of sun beds. No getting up early to reserve. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food is fine and there are several choices for lunch and dinner. Sometimes the food was not that hot but there is a microwave to use. We never went hungry. The drinks in the restaurant are self service and also at the pool bar, beer and soft drinks are on tap. We had a lovely week. On our last day unfortunately our flight got cancelled and the receptionist was very helpful trying to help us and even let us have lunch. For the money we paid it was a bargain . We enjoyed it so much we have booked to go back next February.Thank you Callao Gardens.

We were here for a week but our flight was cancelled so had to stay a few days longer. The food was cold the apartments are dated doors and windows didn't lock. The top bed cover was stained and the equipment in the kitchen i wouldn't use. we asked for help with checking our flight and was told to go down the road so we went to the hotel next to us who were really helpful and if it hadn't been for them we wouldn't have know our flight was cancelled. My husband had a fall in the bathroom and hurt his ribs. I asked if they had an accident book they said they didn't so i ask if they could report it . Not sure if they did. We were told to phone a doctor. They wouldn't even do that for us. Most of the staff were really nice and we couldn't fault them. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Awful hotel, staff are rude and food is rubbish staff are unprofessional, should be closed down, manager is useless as we came when in lockdown, we weren’t aloud to leave our rooms, and the other hotels were still out there partying, rooms are dull and no light the view outside my room is awful, bit off concrete genuinely avoid this hotel, worst I have been, and yeah it’s cheap but I wouldn’t pay a pound to stay here it’s that bad, should not be in buisness same food every night and it tastes of rubber. Dirty rooms. Made me never wanna go on holiday again.

This place is beyond a joke. We came for a all inclusive holiday for 1 week. Got there too find no Snack bar. (So false advertisement) Nothing around the hotel. No air con. Poor sanitation. There was Multiple robberies on the FIRST day. Got scammed for our money the second day, leaving us with hardly any money for the rest off the week. The staff for one have absolutely disgusting behaviour. Police got called into a ‘FAMILY friendly hotel’ as people were sunbathing by the pool. They carried guns and batons infront off kids scaring them off. All while the staff stood, laughed and recorded it all. The manager done nothing too correct his staff from this. If you are planning on booking this hotel as a holiday. DO NOT book it. You would get more enjoyment staying in a local travel lodge for 7 nights. Do not recommend. Save your moneyMore
