I’ll start with the positives…the room was ok. It wad clean and large with a balcony. Yes you cannot put toilet paper down the loo, but this happens everywhere in Tenerife. It’s a little tried and run down but it was comfortable and quiet, but the stairs? Theres hundreds!!! I would avoid this hotel unless you are over 60. There was no entertainment, the atmosphere was awful. The hotel is rundown. My husband and I were bored there. Its ok for a base, nearby there are bars and restaurants which was ideal as the hotel didnt offer much. The food was a shambles, hot dog sausages and broccoli for breakfast? This put us off completely. The lunch was ok but we did not stay in the hotel for any dinners. There were no snacks available at all. Being all inclusive we had to spend alot of money eating out as the other meals put us off. I have live in mainland Spain and love the med diet but it was extremely repetitive and there were no options for any dietry requirements apart from salads. If you can put with with these less than acceptable things then its the hotel for you. Personally I would not recommend and avoid at all costs.…
We came for a long weekend and we’re very pleased with how clean the room was and the friendly service we received, the staff were friendly, loved the €1 cup idea for the all inclusive drinks at the bar and during the meals.
Just come back from here with 2 friends. Nice hotel, lots of steps and hills but completely fine for us. Large room, lovely and clean. A bit dated but it was spotless. Staff behind the bar were very friendly. Food was ok as we were all inclusive-served bread at lunch with no butter (so we got some at breakfast & put it in our bag) san Miguel, white & red wine & sangria on tap-all nice! Nice cocktails and quite strong! Bottom pool by the restaurant was the best and lovely and quiet. Sun loungers open at 10am which is a great idea! No queuing for them! Nice clean hotel everywhere! Staff worked hard in restaurant & non stopped! Had a lovely break away!
A great two bedroom apartment with large kitchen and living room. There was limited food choice but the quality was good. Slightly disappointed at only the pool bar being open. I travelled with my 18 year old son, the clientele were mainly British, a great time for an excellent price!
Here at moment and would not recommend. Old run down apartments with broken tiles all over complex. Cant flush toilet paper so a bin is left by loo for this and only changed ever fee days. No air con and fans not working. Food was poor with little choice . Sunbeds old and broken . The nesrby beach is extrely dangerous and should not be allowed to swim in. Over all one of the worst hotels ive stayed in.
Dated but very large apartments. We had a great view of the sea, shame about the unfinished building. Had to play guess the ring when using the hob as pictures didn't match the ring to be used. Sofa bed was broken. Communal areas very clean but totally inaccessable if you are not fully mobile. 3 good size pools and paying 1€ for your plastic cup is a great idea as keeps the areas clean. Go self catering food is limited, especially for dietary needs and a non continental pallate. For somewhere to lay your head and use as a base to explore the island it's fabulous. Good parking at the back of the hotel not so great at the front. Good value for money. Reception staff were very helpful. Don't bother renting a TV remote if you are English (10€) only 1 channel, sky news. Walls paper thin so expect neighbourly noise. Be aware no air conditioning, so whilst it was ok in March, may be a little to warm in Summer. Spend some money on improvements, could be amazing. …
Accepting this is a low end of 3 Star and that is why the price represents this. Spacious clean apartments but very dated. If you have mobility issues this is not suitable due to lots of stairs. Not a problem for myself. Restaurant is more like a canteen however there was a limited choice but the food was nice. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff very pleasant but the main thing is the sunbeds really need upgrading. The bar had no entertainment which we avoided drinks poor in plastic beakers.
Spent 8 weeks here enjoyed every day Weather was beautiful 🌞 Room basic but clean balcony with seaview Food there was a good choice pork, chicken, fish, pasta, salad, soup ect Didn't bother with breakfast as there was a long queue every morning There is 2 supermarkets down the road The three horse shoe pub showed all the football ⚽️ and rugby 🏉 All staff are very polite and helpful 👍 We will return again next year
Friendly and clean. Lovely surroundings Food ok Beds could be better And please throw away Old furniture that does not work. It spoils the impression of the appartment Because the appartment is clean and quite fine with kitcehen place and a wonderful bacony. All in all we enjoyed our stay. ❤️☺️
Loved the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Only dropped a star as it would have been good to have had any vegetarian options labelled. If you have any mobility issues, steer clear though. The hotel has a lot of steps. Too many for a disabled traveller.
