The only good thing about this hotel is its situation! Staff were friendly & helpful enough! On arrival, beware of all the extra costs, wifi, safe, air conditioning & tourist tax! On arrival we were told tourists tax was €38, we didn’t have cash & were told we couldn’t pay with card!! When we did go to pay, we were told it was €48 & could pay with card, but charged an extra €4 for doing so!!!!! Bedroom & bathroom were not the cleanest or most comfortable! Loose tiles on bathroom ceiling that rattled, when windy, rust around all taps, broken & cracked tiles!!! We only went for breakfast once & was a waste of time, didn’t open till 8.35am & no bacon & eggs until 8.50am!! Restraunts & bars roundabout in my opinion weren’t great, all serving the same food, pizza pizza pizza! Some of the sangria I tried, I didn’t even drink! The best restraunt we found was B I A in Sa Coma, which was a 30min walk away, along the coast, but well worth the walk, great service & steaks 👌. Wouldn’t go back to this hotel or area!!!

Nice hotel a bit dated in our room and our room was only cleaned once and we were there for 10 days. The food was great something different every day. The female waitress and David were amazing in the restaurant. The young man in reception was amazing and very helpful. The hotel is close to everything and shops everywhere for all your food worries. My only grumble Is the young man at the bar was rude when I arrived. It didn't bother me but what did bother me was his girlfriend was always at the bar. and every time I looked at the bar they were kissing which was very unprofessional. I tried informing the staff but they seemed to play the I don’t understand card. ( I speak Spanish) Apart from that a nice hotel and great night entertainment.

Overall location and room are better than anticipated. Very spacious room with comfy beds and large balcony. The river at the side of the hotel can make it smell but nothing you won’t get used to and this is outside the hotels control. We didn’t have any issues whilst at the hotel we gave back the welcome bag and had a great time for the price we paid the value was great. As for any holiday in Spain I would recommend eating in the local area and going to the beach further up. Plenty of bars and food outlets. Was really happy as stated it’s a nice cheap get away without any nasty surprises I would argue those moaning are just unrealistic given the price paid.

Hotel was nice food great but staff was rude and had to ask to have our rooms cleaned. So told the hotel manager and she didn't even question why the man behind the bar was rude just took his side. Also got a welcome pack in the fridge on arrival and then got charged for it two days later so not really a welcome pack.

Would give 3.5 stars! Hotel is basic but has everything you need! Great location just opposite the beach, bars and restaurants very close by too! Lovely staff at reception. Great pool area! Tried the all inclusive buffet one eve that was €15 per person and this was good value for what you get! We were self catering but not many options to buy food at the local shops. So ended up eating out most nights!

We stayed here October 2023. After reading reviews I felt very mixed about staying. But I can say honestly this hotel was fab. Staff were lovely and helpful. We arrived very late on our first night 2am. The receptionist got us checked in very fast and up to our room. Beds are comfortable and room was lovely and clean. We went for the breakfast option. Breakfast was ok but only because something we aren't used to. Staff at breakfast was helpful and by day 3 we got into the swing of things. Bar staff excellent and evening entertainment was really great fun. Pool is small but lovely and great choice for sun loungers. Hotel right beside the beach which was amazing. We did walk round a little as the beach does get better just round a little from hotel. Overall hotel 5 stars location fantastic. We will definitely be back.

I’m currently staying here, tonight is my last night and I’ll start by staying I’ve had a very good time here and I’d 100% return, I seen a few negative reviews before I came so I wasn’t expecting much but I definitely exceeded my expectations, I got a sea view which I’d recommend, the staff here are friendly the rooms are spacious. Perfect location for me straight on to the beach and next to that an easy walk straight into sa coma. Il be visiting again next year for sure.

How as Playa Moreia hotel only got 2 keys. We have had a fabulous time and will be definitely coming back. The rooms were spotless, the staff friendly. I would like to give a special mention to Carlos on reception. For someone so young he was so professional and on the ball, always had a lovely smile and took time to say hello. Definitely one for the hotel to keep, future Management material. Just need to teach bar staff what brandy is that's all. Position of hotel is great. We went self catering but ate at hotel first night and the food was lovely and hot and lots of choice for everyone. We had a couple of lovely Tapas in resort . Plan B is a must but be warned you gets lots so 3 dishes are ample for 2 people. Sa Coma Centre is further away than we thought probably about a mile but a pleasant stroll with a couple of beach bars enroute and the Kings Head is a brilliant night with delicious food and tribute acts. We caught the resort train 3 times to Cala Millor a much bigger resort, if you like iced coffee or cocktails you must visit Moments. One day we walked from Cala Millor to Cala Bona and had a meal at the Rope and Anchor. My fish and chips were delicious, I didn't want it to finish but the Cheese and onion pasty had no cheese in it twice. I highly recommend S'Illot, Sa Coma and Cala Millor but was disappointed in Cala Bona. I love harbours but fo me it lacked the atmosphere. We look forward to visiting Playa Moreia again and Thank you for the hospitality
