Nice and pleasant hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are pleasant with a nice view, but they have paper-thin walls, so you can literally hear everything, so if someone likes peace and quiet, it's not the place for them. The rooms are clean, but towels were only changed once during a 10-day stay, which is a bit too little for such a long stay. Toilet paper was also not replenished, even when the roll was empty, you had to ask for it every time.

The food is very good, everything is tasty and of good quality, with plenty to choose from. Lots of entertainment, live music every other evening. The staff is friendly and pleasant.

If someone wants to use the pool and sunbeds, it will definitely be a challenge unless they reserve a sunbed with a towel before 7 in the morning (attached photo).

Overall, a positive evaluation of the hotel. It's worth paying extra for a room with a side or full sea view.

After being delayed by 24 hours myself & friend where excited to arrive at midnight , we grabbed a bit to eat from the buffet area, the dinning area looked well presented. We went up to our room 2 single very comfy beds waiting for us. We looked in the bathroom the shower curtain was mouldy, the bath suitable for up to age 6 as it was stupidly small. Friend used the hair dryer the hanger for it fell off the wall. The walls were damp the room smelt mouldy. The wardrobe and table where very old style. Nothing like what we had seen advertised. We asked where the spa was and they did not have one yet it was advertised. The pool was ok ,small but not many used it at the same time. The beach was so close that was brilliant . The buffet definitely is not all inclusive it's more like full board food very bland , Friendly staff. Would I stay again ? Probably because of the price and location.

On the outside the hotel looks generally acceptable. Our group had 2 rooms booked, an urban room ( which had an interior hotel view and no outside view at all) and a street room. The rooms at first glance were tired and needed updating, however they were clean but needed lots of repairs, panelling on the walls was not actually fixed to the wall, paint was peeling in several places, electrical outlets were not fitted properly and coming away from the wall and fuse box covers were not fixed to the wall at all.
The food choices were limited and nothing had anything with ingredients on, so allergy sufferers would indeed suffer. We were also served raw meat and told it was ok.
The staff were generally friendly and the drinks service was good.
The pool isn’t big enough to actually go in and is cohabited with wildlife. For the amount of rooms, 15 sun beds is all they have so you have to be as fast as lightening. All in all, I would not suggest this hotel for a holiday unfortunately.

I will start with the good points the location is amazing just steps away from the beautiful beach sunbeds cos 15 euros for 2 beds for the day .. ok where do I start the hotel was very dated but clean the staff was very rude and very slow to serve behind the bar you had to pay 1 euro for the plastic cup you used shocking I went all inclusive and the food was absolutely disgusting cold tasteless the same every day the snacks through the day was made sandwiches wrapped in cling film awful the only nice thing was the coffee .. there was only 4 cocktails on the all inclusive list the swimming pool was so small and the ducks from the lake swam in it ..the beach was that close so the pool was not a issue if your going to book this hotel it will only be for the location do not go all inclusive there is shops and nice restaurants walking distance cleaners came to the room everyday but had to ask for the towels to be changed toilet roll was never replaced so we bought them in the shop .the only reason why I gave this a 1 star was because of the location .. I don't do reviews but I had to do this to let you know of our experience.. the entertainment we'll there wasn't any one day had a dj but was awful it stated that there was entertainment on paper it had everything me and my mum wanted ..but that was all wrong . Location and weather was beautiful.

I only booked this for myself and the kids for 4 nights, wanted something close to the beach and not too fancy. This worked perfectly. The hotel is right in front of the beach and also right next to all shops with ice cream, bakery, souveniers, etc.
The hotel is little worn out, but if you are with little kids and you don't want them to break anything expensive, it was honestly just fine for those few nights.
They were so nice to put an extra bed in our room so I didn't have to squeeze with my little ones. It made room little too full, but it's not like we were gonna spend much time there anyway.
I really appreacited the blackout curtains. And the little chain on the balcony doors, so I could sleep without having to worry about the kids sneaking to the balcony during the night.
The food was ok, we always found something the kids would eat. Enough veggies and fruit, enough for us to drink all day long.
The staff was amazing, always smiling at the kids or playfully teasing them. The cleaners did they best to keep our room sand-free. :-D
The pool was small and crazy cold, but hey, you're there for the sea, right?!
I really missed some kind of playground for the kids, even just a little one on the hotel ground. Only last day of our stay I learnt there was one close to the hotel, but didn't have a chance to explore.
Please don't forget this is Spain and they like evening entertainment to start late, which can be 9.30pm and last until 11pm or longer (two evenings we had loud music playing right under our balcony).
If you have a late flight home like we did, you need to leave the room by 12pm (or pay EUR 45 for late check out), but they let you hang out in the hotel lobby or a bar, you can still drink and eat for free (provided you have all-nclusive). And you can store your luggage in a tiny room next to the reception in the meantime.
The airport bus drop off/pick up is about 50 metres from the hotel (just over the bridge).

A very poor hotel in very poor state and far from edible food the food was often cold and seemed somewhat under cooked we paid to go all inclusive and had to eat out every day!! the staff were very nice and was always working hard the location was in a great place right on the beech front the pool was incredibly tiny and ducks would be swimming in there at night, there is nothing going for this hotel. would maybe be ok as a self catering hotel and just use as a base but if your looking for all inclusive I’d look elsewhere. We Have stayed in s’illot a few times before and the area is lovely but definitely won’t be back to this Mix Peymar Hotel again.

My experience with the hotel was very bad. On the 3rd day, the Ukrainian receptionist barged into my room during the evening without knocking. She wanted to pay for the broken door in the bathroom. They were damaged on both sides. My fault for not reporting it immediately after arriving at the room. I contacted the delegate who was there with us. She helped us so I had to pay for it. I paid 430 euros for an ordinary door. The representative told us that the insurance will reimburse us. I will never see that money again in my life, the insurance company refused to reimburse us. I greet the hotel and also the delegate Ingrid. Thank you Ingrid

We have just got back from this hotel and considering other reviews we had read the reality was very different. The hotel was lovely the staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were really clean. The free WiFi was great and with the hotel being right on the beach it was perfect. The food was mainly fish however there was always something to eat, bar snacks were sandwiches and pastry, all inclusive drinks included cocktails which were fantastic. The pool was on the smaller side but the sea is on your doorstep and it's so clear and clean. We had a balcony which was huge perfect for a picture overlooking the sea. There are karaoke bars and plenty to do on the strip of u head into cala malor which is only a short walk. Honestly for me and my daughter it was ideal. She wants to go back on a girl's holiday and will defo book this hotel again. We had issues with our transfers home and the night staff member was wonderful he assisted us in every possible issue and made sure we go to the airport. Honestly have to say it was a very good experience.

The first encounter in the hotel was shocking. The lady at reception simply told us in English and German that she was sorry, she didn't have a room for us! After we insisted that we had paid and were entitled to a room, she went to the manager, came back, apologized and asked us to stay one night in another hotel nearby at their expense and come back the next day around midday. We accepted this offer in good spirits and lugged our suitcases in the midday heat to their alleged partner hotel. There we were taken in and given a room on the second floor and inside. We thought we wouldn't unpack our suitcases for half a day and forego the swimming pool and beach. The next day we checked out of the hotel and headed back towards the "Peymar Hotel" in the midday heat. When we got there, the receptionist asked us to wait a bit until she had served the guests. Eventually she was finished and took us. She looked at her booklets and lists again and said that she didn't have a room in the category we had booked and that we would have to pay extra to get a "better" room. We wanted to know how much we should pay. She told us it would be €300. We answered no. We had booked "LOW cost" and there weren't that many rooms like that. Isn't what you're saying true? We booked a normal double room and would like that too. We waited again and talked to the boss. Then she came and gave us a card for a room on the second floor. We went upstairs, opened the door to the room and saw clothes and suitcases in a room that was still occupied. When she heard that, she was a little surprised and gave us a key card for the third floor. We went upstairs again with our suitcases, found the room and opened it. We couldn't believe our eyes. It was a room probably smaller than 6 square meters, the bed was against the wall on two sides, a small wardrobe, a glass wall instead of a window. More like a storage room than a hotel room. That was unacceptable. We reported this to reception and at the same time called TUI customer service and explained the situation and asked for help.

A short time later, the receptionist came to us and gave us a recommendation for the same partner hotel and we went back with our suitcases and in the great heat to the partner hotel, where we were again welcomed in a friendly and pleasant manner. We also received a message from TUI, which was the actual reason for the change in behavior at the Peymar Hotel.

The location is great on the beachfront, that is the only positive thing I can say about the hotel.
The food was basic and always cold we were only there for 4 nights and ended up eating out for breakfast's to have a warm one for a change and ate out for an evening meal also as couldn’t face another bland cold meal . The rooms were cleaned every day. The room was tiny and no balcony if we booked for a main holiday I’d be very disappointed. Staff had no customer service at all.. stood waiting at bar for ages to get served and when someone finally did show up it’s like we inconvenienced them to serve us. The pool is laughable it’s more of a paddling pool.

As an ex customer of this hotel will never return due to shocking service and attitude I found out they also regularly break the law HOJAS DE RECLAMACIONES (CUSTOMER COMPLAINT FORMS) How many of you know that if you are dissatisfied with a bar, restaurant, shop, or other type of business in Spain you can make an official complaint through the Spanish authorities. It is law that businesses have to have these books of forms on their premises and that they have to process the complaint if you make it. But really try saying “Hoja de Reclamciones” and often you won´t even need to get to that stage, because the business will not want the Consumer Office looking into their business. So, how does it work? You go into a business and first of all make an official complaint. You can also do this by telephone (keep a record), or by letter, best by burofax. If they do not deal with it properly after a suitable period of time, ask nicely for the Hoja De Reclamaciones. They will ask why and of course try and dissuade you. You will tell your story and if no agreement can be reached, then the forms should be produced. The forms should be completed on the business premises, and if you can, in Spanish, but if not, in English. You state what the reason for the complaint is and what result you would like to see, a refund, or something fixed, for example. You cannot claim damages, this isn´t going to Court, it is just an arbitration procedure by the local Consumers Office. You need to include your name and address, phone number, but they will reply by post, the dates and timing of what has happened, supply and keep copies of any evidence relating to the complaint, like price lists, invoices etc. The business needs to tell you their official name, CIF number for example, to put on the form. The member of staff, owner or manager, might want to add some comments to yours, but usually they do it separately. Then make sure you have your original evidence, and take the top two pages (a white one and a green one). The pink one is left in the book for the business. You then take the white one plus photocopies of your evidence, invoices, receipts, whatever to the local Consumer Office. If you don´t know where it is then go to the local Town Hall. Once you have found out where to go locally, it is best to go personally, so that you can get a stamp on your receipt of your complaint, but you can also send it through the Post office by burofax (signed for delivery). Then the complaint is looked into and they will contact the business. You could get a result in a few weeks or a few months (you know what Spain is like!). You hear by post to your address. You must retain all the documents and the green copy of the Hoja de Reclamaciones in case they are asked for.

The hotel building is lovely but the only good members of staff are Oscar Benny and Antonio ,and they truly are fantastic! the manager Sonia is the daughters owner and actively slates the British tourist ( bites the hand that feeds if you like ) you won't be moved or helped with anything with reception every time we went passed people were complaining about rooms and they are just not interested, there is a smashing a reasonably priced restaurant next door called Cala Moreya , beaches are lovely but the room at the hotel are not good only good ones are sea view but they also try to sell the rooms above the peymar sign as having a sea view when they do not that's rooms 102 & 103.
