Accommodation quite good, clean, nice view of the sea. Meals do not correspond to all inclusive, very weak, cold. All inclusive ends at this hotel at 21.00. When you hand over the room key on departure, they cut off the tape, with the fact that the service ends at lunch, even if you wait for the transfer at 19.30, you pay for everything yourself, a bit pathetic, considering that the trip cost very poor. The sea for 10 days only seaweed, dirty and smelly. For me, an absolute failure. Compared to last year, we were in another hotel in Majorca, a lot of trouble.

Went back to this hotel again for an 11 night stay after previously staying in April this year.

Hotel is situated right on the beachfront and the view from the room was beautiful. This allows you to relax and enjoy the views and the gentle sound of the sea

One of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays in a hotel and resort, my wife and I have enjoyed for a long time.

The hotel is kept clean to a very high standard with the most pleasant and friendly staff you will find anywhere - from the cleaners, to reception to the restaurant and bar staff.

We went Half Board and the food was way above the standard and variety you would expect considering the price we paid.

A thoroughly charming hotel, run and staffed by people who know how to treat their guests

Great location, great staff, breakfast good, main course dinner little choice, rooms clean but without fridge, outside food right on the promenade, price performance great if you book in time, sea views worth it. Side sea view little visibility and little sun. Hotel Wi-Fi is also available on the beach, drinks prices at HP cheap,

Family hotel without "fuss" compared to the tourist blocks that we see everywhere.
The strong point of this hotel is undoubtedly its location on the seafront but above all its staff, special mention to Loli and Mercedes (also a man at the reception but I don't know his first name!) who were wonderful, professional until to the end and devoted, especially with our little boy Charlie who was ill during the stay.
Small downside on the cleaning, done with a cookie cutter (a vacuum cleaner would be welcome especially with the beach next door and the sand that we bring back...), the lack of diversity of the buffet in the evening (a lot of choice but I had the impression of eating a bit of the same thing every evening), and the glass-roofed swimming pool (my family loved it, I didn't! Such a shame an indoor swimming pool when the sun is shining every day and 'it's 32 degrees!).
But once again, the kindness of the staff erased these aspects and the stay was excellent!

The hotel is a little old, but it has its own style. It is located directly on S'Illot beach, a bit ugly, but it is close to Sa Coma beach (spectacular). The room is large enough.

Being a small hotel there were PROS such as the quality of the wines, superior to what large hotel chains usually offer. However, when it came to food, the choice was rather limited. And while we adults still managed to find something to our liking, our 4 year old daughter spent the days fasting. The most annoying thing was the fact that, even though the management approved the preparation of a plate of plain pasta for her, the cook always made a fuss. For this reason, lunches and dinners became a moment of stress, which one never wants during the holiday.

Therefore I advise against families with small children who do not eat everything.

This little hotel is rated 3 star, but is so near a 4 star hotel.
There are lots of positives.
The staff are amazing, they all.work so hard and are very friendly and helpful.
The standard of cleaning is top notch.
We had room 504 on the 5th floor. The view was amazing and large enough for the 2 of us and the power shower, couldn't have been better.
My wife had a facial and I had a full body massage, we both agreed it was the best we have ever had.
The beech is only 10m from the hotel, which you cant ask for better, and is all sand, except until you get into the sea. Lots of seaweed and stones for the first 12ft and then all sand again. Need beech shoes.
It was only 15€ for 2 beeds and parasol all day.
There is bike hire at a reasonable price, which we did one morning, lots to see, also nice walks in the evening both ways, with shops and bars.

The 2 issue we had were.
The all inclusive ends at 9pm, so you have to pay for drinks after that.
The food all though of mostly very good quality. Is limited in variety and needs to be hotter. Some of the food was like children's food.ie chicken nuggets, ham sticks and jelly for pudding.

Don't let these 2 issues put you off.
This is a great 3 star hotel.
We will go back again in the next couple of year's.

Top location, very quiet part of the island welcoming and friendly staff. The food was not great but edible. The room was very large and clean, bit outdated but with lovely view. If you need a towel for the beach you need to pay 20 euro deposit plus 4 that you using it. Everything was fine, good value for money.

We booked a much needed holiday and went half board. We haven't stayed in a hotel for a long time and were pleasantly surprised with everything! We arrived at 1.30am and taken to our room which was clean and had a small balcony overlooking the sea and went off to sleep listening to the waves. A great variety of choice at breakfast with a delightful lady making omelettes. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and greeted us with big smiles every morning - waiting staff, bar staff and reception. Such a treat to sit outside in the sunshine across from the beach and eat breakfast. Evening meals were good with lots of choice and variety. We enjoyed the roof terrace for a quiet relaxed read in the sun. Hotel is in a perfect location - relaxed and quiet and a short walk to other places but nice because not built up and busy. Good location to get around from and we did by bike, bus and boat!

The friendliest staff ever...Just back from a week at Club S'illot. All the staff are welcoming, helpful, always smiling, and very attentive!! The location is great, right in front of the beach, with a fairly flat promenade. ideal for walking into S'illot or Sa Coma. The food is all buffet style, with a lovely lady cooking fried eggs or a fresh omelette for breakfast. There is plenty of choice of salad or hot food for lunch and evening meals along with a selection of desserts. The return coach transfer booked with the hotel was on time and it was a comfortable journey back to the airport.

Really nice hotel, in a fantastic location.
The wife and I booked an all inclusive stay for the middle of October, this hotel has a real family vibe about it and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. My only reason for not giving 5/5 would be the lack of 24/7 access to teas and coffees ( even if there was a small kettle and sachets in rooms for all inclusive customers) ,also I would have loved a
More Spanish buffet for dinner as catering seemed orientated for Germans Guests ( in my opinion) however that said the food was always lovey- breakfast , lunch , & dinner - great hotel , lovely staff - Highly recommended for couples away from the noisier side of the island, beautiful walks , beach 50 yards from the hotel.
We will most definitely be back again next year.
Thank you Hotel Club Sillot for a lovely stay
