If you are looking for accommodation while in Laveno, this comfortable historical B&B is a great choice. Had a wonderful stay here; Massimo and Alessandra were extremely warm hosts and even when there was a train strike, they came to pick us up from the station 40km away, which was extremely good of them! In terms of the accommodation, an... More

Firstly, the whole area is a beautifully relaxing, very healing, chilled yet somehow mysteriously vibrant. The one thing that topped this holiday, however, was the apartment. Sitting out on an ivy-covered balcony sipping a cool alcoholic beverage, watching the sun set and life pass by below. Massimo, Alessandra and her mother 'the Queen' (as she is called :D) were the... An Italian friend recommended Laveno 1673 to me and it was fantastic. The town of Laveno is gorgeous, very uncommercialized. The apartment was perfect...spacious with a lot of character. It's a one bedroom on the 1st floor with a beautiful view of the lake. There is also a kitchen which was stocked with bacon, eggs, yogurt etc so I could... More

Finding the B&B that is Laveno 1673, was a godsend for us as we needed an escape form the bustle of Milan. What started as a comfortable and welcoming stay, has now become a home away from home, with Ciccio and Alessandra, now our very good and dear friends and their sons so very delightful in their tolerance and acceptance... We were charmed by our hosts and lodging. Very well situated in a surprisingly un-trafficked lakeside town. This great location is close to an excellent restaurant 1/2 block away on the beachside promenade. Close to the ferries to other little towns on Lake Maggiorre that made for a delightful day excursions. Close to the train station and tourist information centre... More

we stayed at this B&B last year for about 5 nights. Our apartment was gorgeous and spacious with a view from the kitchen down to the lake. Allesandra and her family made us so welcome. Laveno is a great place to base yourself to explore Lago Maggiore. The only small issue was the noise which came from the bar across... More

We have actually stayed at this wonderful bed and breakfast many times and for long periods ... It is extremely well kept, beautiful and confortable ... The location is second to none with a view of the Lake from the balcony of one of the apartments and a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. At the very center of... More
