Very nice, comfortable accomodation, friendly staff, beautiful garden in the backyard, excellent location. We have enjoyed despite cold weather. You have all what you need for pleasant stay. There are several parking places near Villa.

We stayed here as a family of four in a two bedroom apartment. The villa is so beautiful and a great mix of old world charm and decor combined with a modern apartment with every mod con. The villa is on a tremendously narrow street and I really recommend you looking at a map or google earth before arriving if... More

A nice place owned by a very cool owner (assuming the guy at the reception is the owner) very welcoming & warm place! Not the easiest to get to so make sure to rely on a car Vs. Buses! Love the neighbourhood, the simplicity & the views! Recommended!

Such an authentic part of italy. The villa it self is beautiful. The apartment was clean and modern . The garden had lovely views and had a pool. Jimi, the owner, was so helpful. Our sons loved the play area. Wish we had been there for longer... next year!

Very nice place to stay. Very friendly and helpful owners, beautiful setting, nice appertments, very nice childroom and nice garden with swimming pool. We parked our car just in front of the building in the very narrow street.

The apartment we booked for the weekend had a fun combination of old fashioned and modern decor - wall stones, wooden doors and other details left to show how the "palazzo" used to look like, but otherwise fully modernly functional. Some other details kept in a "very italian" style, which may be appealing especially to the tourist from the cold... More

Villa vinicia is in an old noblemans lakeside property, it has an amazing large entry which leads into the main reception rooms. It is a little difficult to find up a narrow street, but WELL worth it! It is close to the beach areas of Lake Como, close to some good restaurants, but far enough away from the ultra touristy... Villa Vinicia is one of those places you are surprised to find. It ticked all the boxes of cleanliness, friendliness, and wonderful location. An added bonus to have a play room for the kids and a great backyard to relax in. The lake is in easy walking distance with great swimming. Restaurants are close by as is the supermarket. Parking... Traveling through Europe by car with a family of 5, we had to quickly find accommodation in the Como lake area due to forecast of heavy rain at the cost. The deal at Villa Vinicia found at booking.com seemed almost too good to be true, with an apartment that could easily fit all of us (+1 one more if needed)... More

We stayed five nights in Villa Vinicia. We had a nice two bedroom apartment with well equiped kitchen. The apartment was clean and nice and the view was towards mountain and inner court. Service was very good and friendly. They have own barbecue place in garden and you can pick some herbs directly from garden too. We enjoyed and hope... More
